Elliot's POV
I can't believe what has happened to Liv. I'm gonna hunt down that son of a bitch and shoot his ass. I don't think I've been more pissed in my life. He made her believe she is dirty. He called her a dirty little whore. Liv isn't a whore! I'm gonna find this ass wipe!The doctors won't discharge her yet, they need to do more check on her. It's 12:00 at night but I don't care. I'm staying with her like promised.
I think she is having another nightmare.
"No" she mumbles.
"No please!" She mumbles again.
"No get off me! Please! Let me go" she shouts as she starts kicking and screaming.
"Liv it's okay. It's just El. I'm here Liv. It's okay" I say holding her in my arms.
"El?" She wakes up.
"Yeah. Did you have another nightmare?" I ask.
"Yeah"
"It's okay. I'm here"
"El go home. Have a shower or something"
"No Liv in not leaving you!"
"Please El. I'll be fine. Go home" she says.
"Okay. I'll go home the. Go to the precinct and tell capt. I'll be straight back. I promise" I say. I kiss her on her forehead and leave.

Olivia's POV.
And that was my que to leave! I'm not staying here another minute.
"Erm excuse me" I say to the nurse.
"Yes can I help you?"
"Yes. Can I be discharged yet?" I ask.
"Soon, we just need to do a few more check on you" she says looking at her clip board.
"Okay" I say. Im leaving anyway. The nurse walks out. I stand up and get dressed into the clothes El brought me.

I leave the hospital and catch a cap. I go straight to the precinct.
Why do people keep staring at me!?
I walk into the squad room and sit at my desk.
"Liv what are you doing here?" Cap says.
"I work here!" I say picking up my pen.
"Liv why aren't you in the hospital?"
"They discharged me!"
"Did they?!"
"No! But-"
"Liv no buts!"
"Cap I'm fine!" I say as Elliot walks through the door. Shit!
"Liv what are you doing! Why aren't you in the hospital?! I left you alone for like 30 minutes!"
"They discharged me! Ish"
"Ish?" He says walking to me
"They didn't discharge her, she escaped!" Capt says.
"Liv why?" El asks.
"Because I don't need to be there!"
"What about the rape kit!?"
"That's going to be useless!"
"Why?"
"Because I showered"
"Liv you didn't! Why?"
"Because I'm not a victim! Now please leave me alone so I can get on with my job!" I yell as I turn on my computer.
"You aren't going to press charges? Or carry out the case?"
"No!"
"What?! Why?!"
"Because I'm not a victim Elliot. Stop treating me like one!"
