Addison, had allowed Emma to look over her chart. Emma was reading, and most of it didn't make sense. The only things that she understood were, the time she was admitted, 6:45, her blood type, AB+, and the part she didn't want see, pregnant, yes. She put the chart back, and laid down. It was 8:15, but she wasn't tired.

Henry walked in with Neal fast asleep in his arms. "Grandma and Grandpa are on their way. Killian forgot to call them and they went to the house to pick Neal up, we didn't answer so they called." He stood there kind of awkwardly, trying to hold his uncle still.

Emma saw he was struggling and told Henry to lay him down on the bed with her. Henry gently put him down and Emma covered him with the blanket.

"Henry, can I borrow your phone?" Emma whispered.

"Yeah." He pulled his phone out of his pocket, unlocked it, and handed it to her.

Emma took the phone and found Regina's number under 'Momma R'. She hit the call button. Regina picked up after four rings.

"Henry, are you alright?" She asked, slightly confused.

"No, Regina this is Emma."

"Why on earth are you using Henry's phone?"

"I'm in the hospital. Don't worry I'm okay, they just want to keep me overnight. Killian refuses to leave my side, and I need a way to get Henry home, because he has school tomorrow. I was wondering if you wouldn't mind taking him a day early?"

"Yeah sure... I'll come pick him up. I'm assuming he doesn't have his things?"

"No, you'll need to run by the house and pick them up."

"Okay, I'll be there in about 10 minutes. Bye."

"Mmm, bye." Emma hung up the phone, and handed it back to Henry. "Youre going to go to Regina's a day early. She'll be here in a bit, so go down and wait for her."

"Okay, I love you mom. Feel better soon." He gave her a hug, grabbed his jacket, and left.

Emma lied there, waiting for her parents, and was stroking her brother's curly blond hair. She looked at Killian asleep on the couch curled up under a small blanket the nurse found.

She loved how Neal's face was so soft, and innocent. He still had the familiar 'new baby' smell. Maybe having this baby wouldn't be so bad. I can do this, she thought, as she drifted off to sleep.
