"Emma?"

Emma opened her eyes to see her parents standing in the doorway. She wasn't quite sure where she was, then she remembered she was in the hospital. Neal sighed in his sleep, and Emma looked down.

"Honey, are you alright?" Mary-Margaret asked as they walked in.

Emma looked up from the sleeping child at her parents.

"Yeah. I'm a bit tired, but I'm okay." Emma told her mother.

David walked up towards the head of the bed. He placed his hand on Emma's head.

"I'm so glad you're alright. We were so worried." He said.

Mary-Margaret remembered why they were there, and looked down at Neal, who was sleeping peacefully in Emma's arms.

"Has he been out long?"

Emma looked up at the clock, 9:00.

"Maybe about 2 hours. I'm not sure, he was asleep when Henry brought him in at about 8:15."

"David," Mary-Margaret looked at her husband, "can you take him down to the car?"

David kissed Emma's forehead.

"Yeah sure. I love you Emma, I'm glad you're okay."

David gingerly picked the sleeping Neal up from the bed and left the room. Mary-Margaret was about to follow, when Emma asked her to grab the chart on the end of the bed.

"Mom, can you grab my chart?"

"Yeah," she grabbed it. "Here."

"No, I want you to read it really fast, but please be quiet, Killian is asleep and he doesn't know."

Mary-Margaret looked very skeptical, but complied with her daughter's wish. She looked through all the medical things she didn't understand, but saw some things she did.

Emma watched her mother's face, waiting for the face that meant she had read the part Emma wanted her to read.

Mary-Margaret's eyes got very wide and her mouth dropped. That was the face.

"Emma..."

"Yes mom?"

"This says that you..." she looked over at Killian, and stepped closer to Emma's bed. "this says that you are pregnant. Is this true?"

"Yeah, I'm pregnant. Killian doesn't know."

"Who does know?"

"Regina."

Mary-Margaret's phone rang. It was David. Mary-Margaret excused herself from the room for a moment. She placed the chart back on the end of the bed and left.

A few minutes later, she came back in.

"Mom, please don't tell anyone. Not Killian, not Henry, no one. Please."

"That was David, Neal has woken up, and apparently would like to go home. I won't tell anyone, but we need to talk about this. I'll call you tomorrow." She kissed Emma's head and gave her a quick hug, "I love you sweetheart, you can do this."

Mary-Margaret left. Emma sighed and looked up at the ceiling. She let herself think about baby clothes and tiny little shoes until she fell asleep.
