I was so excited about participating in Race Wars in a few days, that I almost couldn't sleep at night.

I was helping Mia in the shop when Dom walked in. There wasn't much going on today, so we just did some extra cleaning.

"Hey." I said surprised as I noticed Dom.

"Do you need anything?" I asked smiling.

He slowly walked to me, smirking.

I looked questioningly at him before he pulled me closer, by my waist.
He slowly leaned in and kissed me. I chuckled into the kiss.
I could see a warm and happy smile spread across Mia's face.

"Go out with me tonight." He said smirking.

"Any special occasion?" I chuckled.

"No. I just want to take my girlfriend out." He said smirking, like it wasn't a big deal.

The word girlfriend made my heart jump. It was the first time, I heard him call me that.

"Okay." I finally agreed, before he leaned down and kissed me passionately again before he walked off into the garage.

I could feel myself blush, as I looked to Mia, who chuckled.

"He's so sweet around you." She said.

"Yeah." I chuckled quietly, before I turned back to my work.

We were working with the last small details on the cars and preparing the trailers for Race Wars, as Dom suddenly walked up behind me and started to leave small kisses on my neck.

"I'm working, Dom." I chuckled before I turned around in his arms.
Dom was smirking.
"Let's get out of here." He said quietly.

"But we still have a lot to do." I protested.

- "We'll finish tomorrow." Dom argued.

"Okay" I chuckled before I kissed him.

Dom quickly but gently grabbed my hand and dragged me to his car. We just drove around for hours, talked and laughed. We went out for dinner at a small restaurant.

Dom parked the car near the beach. The sun was about to go down. It was such a beautiful view.

We got out of the car and walked down the beach. We found a large rock and sat down. Dom carefully pulled me closer to him. I enjoyed these quiet and romantic moments with him.

We sat in silence, just looking at the water when Dom suddenly reached into his pocket.
"I have something for you." He said softly, as he pulled out, a silver necklace with a cross identically to his own.

I looked a bit surprised between him and the necklace, before I smiled warmly at him, and turned my back to him.

"This way, I'll always be with you, no matter what happens." He said, as he carefully placed the piece of jewelry around my neck. I slowly turned around and looked at him. He looked all emotional.
