« BACK AT HOGWARTS »
That day, the train ride was extremely silent, but no matter how happy Ron, Hermione and Lillian were to know that Harry was allowed to come back at Hogwarts, they couldn't help but worry about him.
Of course, he had forgiven his friends for not telling him about the Order, however they had noticed some changes in his behaviour. He seemed distant, irritable and extremely tired.
Lillian —on the other hand, kept wondering about what the Dark Lord was looking for and even if she hated admitting it, she was almost sure it had something to do with Harry and that night he had lost all of his powers and his 'being' because of this baby.
And she hated admitting how scared she was just thinking about it.
"Lillian?" Hermione's voice snapped her from her thoughts.
"Yeah?"
"We have arrived and we must get there before all of the seats are taken." the girl added, Lillian following her friends out of the train.
Her little bag on the shoulder, she wasn't surprised when a platinum haired boy collided his shoulder with hers, soon followed by two other boys doing the exact same thing.
"I'm surprised the Ministry's still letting you walk around free, Potter." Draco started, his tone as harsh as usual.
"Better enjoy it while you can, I expect there's a cell in Azkaban with your name on it."
Harry started lunging forward but before he could do anything Lillian had stepped between the two of them, her wand pulled out of her pocket and pointed on Draco's jaw.
"W-What are you gonna do, Henderson?" Draco asked, looking scared for half a second before returning to his usual amount of self confidence.
They made eye contact and Draco's blood turned cold, the look that Lillian was currently giving him was enough to make him believe she would literally throw her fist on his nose if she wasn't already busy with her wand.
"Maybe I could turn you into a ferret, what do you think?" Lillian spat, pushing her wand further against his skin.
"Lillian, stop, he is not worth it." Hermione said, grabbing the blonde's wand in order to pull it down.
It was enough for Harry to push her out of the way and try to punch Malfoy, this time being stopped in time by Ron, causing Draco and his fellow 'servants' to walk away.
"What'd I tell you? Complete nutter."
"Just stay away from me!" Harry shouted, Hermione holding her bag tightly against her chest.
"It's only Malfoy." Ron said, letting go of his friend's arms, "What did you expect?"
As they watched a carriage leave the station —and after catching Harry staring extensively at Cho —which caused a small smirk to tug at Lillian's lips, they waited for another one on the side, soon joined by another Gryffindor.
"Hi, guys."
"Hi, Neville." they all said in unison, Lillian being the only one who bothered looking in his direction to give him a little smile.
"How was your summer?" she asked, genuinely interested.
"Uh.. Well.." Neville stuttered, causing her to laugh, "I-It was quite boring, I didn't do much... Yours?"
Lillian shot her eyes open when she realized she didn't know what to say other than she had been doing nothing except to stay in a house that wasn't hers which happened to be the headquarters for a secret army.
