« MAGIC FROM WITHIN »

After multiple talks, Luna and Lillian had decided it would be safer to work on the spell Lillian wanted to create in the Room of Requirement, once everyone would be gone. But now, she had something else to do.

Alongside Hermione and Ron, they pushed past crowds of students until they noticed Harry walking with Cho, a loving smile on his lips that almost made her laugh.

"Harry!" Hermione shouted as Lillian grasped his robe, "Hagrid's back."

And it's with all the speed they had that the four teenagers ran until they were all standing in front of Hagrid's hut, which seemed occupied with not only Hagrid.

Umbridge's voice could be heard, "I will say this one last time, I'm ordering you to tell me where you've been."

"I told you! I've been away for me health."

"Your health?"

"Yeah, bit of fresh air, you know."

"Oh yes," Umbridge nodded, "As gamekeeper, fresh air must be difficult to come by."

"Oh god, I hate her!" Lillian muttered, picking a look by the window quickly.

"If I were you, I shouldn't get too used to being back. In fact, I mighn't bother unpacking at all."

Once the awfully pink-clothed lady left the hut and walked her way back to the castle, the kids didn't take the time to knock on the door that they were already inside with cups of tea in front of them.

"This is top secret, right?" Hagrid explained, everyone nodding, "Dumbledore sent me to parley with the giants."

"Giants?" Hermione repeated only for Hagrid to shush her discreetly, "You found them?"

"Well, they're not that hard to find, to be perfectly honest. They're so big, see? I tried to convince them to join the cause. But I wasn't the only one that was trying to win them over."

Ron guessed pretty quickly, "Death Eaters?"

"Yes. Trying to persuade them to join You-Know-Who."

"Did they?"

"I gave them Dumbledore's message. Suppose some of them remember he was friendly to them. I suppose." Hagrid sighed.

"And they did this to you?" Harry asked, a finger pointed to Hagrid's bruises.

"Not exactly no," Hagrid put the piece of meat on his face, causing Fang to bark, "Oh, go on, you have it, then, you dozy dog."

Noises of thunder and lightening bolts caught everyone's attention as they felt the wind come inside the hut, the sky suddenly darkening.

"It's changing out there. Just like last time," Hagrid pointed out gravely, "There's a storm coming, Harry. We'd all best be ready when she does."

"It's kind of embarassing," Lillian said, scratching the back of her neck.

"Why?" Luna wondered.

"Because I've never been able to do it and now I have to try in front of you." Lillian explained, talking about her spell.

"Show me," Luna instructed as Lillian failed one more time to produce the charm she wanted to create.

"See? I don't think I am good enough to do this, you know some wizards just don't have what it takes."

"Yes, you are! But if you start doubting yourself then you'll never have your own spell, that's for sure," Luna answered, "As my mum would say, magic comes from within, so believe in yourself."
