"Take him down, Hermione!" Lillian cheered as the boys did the same but for Ron.

After Nigel had proven he had some serious tricks down his sleeves once he stunned Harry pretty hard, it was Ron and Hermione's turn to do a demonstration. And for the blonde girl, there was no doubt Hermione would easily win this 'duel' —not that Ron wasn't able to defend himself, but it was clear that Hermione was a bigger threat.

They stared at each other for a few seconds, Hermione watching Ron's whereabouts intently, and as Lillian had planned, when the ginger boy opened his mouth to throw a spell, Hermione was already casting hers.

"Stupefy."

Ron flew backwards, a high-pitched sound escaping his lips soon followed by a loud thud as he crashed on his back. All the girls in the room chuckled and joined Hermione in a circle, laughing as they watched Ron's embarassed face.

"So, how does it feel to be beat by a girl?" Lillian asked both Ron and Harry.

"Very funny, Lilli," Ron answered, frowning.

"Lillian?"

Turning around, Lillian saw Nigel standing next to her, a hopeful look on his face, "Could you help me with the stunning spell?"

"Yes, sure. Come with me."

Once the two were slightly isolated from the rest of the group and could work in peace without risking to receive a badly cast spell, Lillian gestured for Nigel to take his wand out.

"Now, stun me."

"W—What?"

Lillian laughed, "Come on, just do it."

Nigel didn't need more to be convinced, "Stupefy!" And as expected, Lillian was projected backwards —and so was Nigel, but the spell was not strong enough for Lillian to be knocked down unconscious. She got on her feet pretty easily, a knowing-look on her face.

"It isn't strong enough, see the magic must come from you first, not from the wand," Lillian pointed out, "As if you could do it but without your wand. And when you can do it perfectly by saying the spell, you'll be able to do it like this."

Lillian looked to the side, catching a glimpse of George who was fooling around and disarming everyone on his way, the teenage girl pointed her wand in his direction and —with her mouth completely shut, she let the spell hit him right on the chest, causing him to fly and crash against Dean before falling.

"That was so cool," Nigel said, watching Lillian with bright eyes, "Do you think I'll be able to do it like this one day?"

"Of course you will!" Lillian answered, "You just have to believe in your magic."

Nigel nodded politely, his eyes flickering back and forth between Lillian and his own wand. In the meantime, George was back on his feet and determined to make the blonde pay.

"Hey, Lillian!"

She turned around and smirked when she saw George walking fast towards her, "What is it, George?"

But she really thought he would only chase her, however that isn't what he had planned, he pulled his wand out and, faster than she had ever seen before, shouted,

"Levicorpus!"

When Lillian walked inside the potions classroom, she was exhausted. Her head seemed to be all over the place and —as much as she loved this class, she knew it would be hard to put up with both Snape and all the Slytherins sitting at her table.
