Chapter 3: New Friends

I know i know i haven't updated for a month. But i'm here now. I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and New Year! Its hard to believe its already 2016. Literally a few weeks ago i wrote 2012 on my paper at school. :D Now lets begin with the next chapter you've all been waiting for.

Y/N POV

We just wrapped on filming the new video and everyone is now surrounding the food table. Including me. I grab a slice of cold pizza which has been there all day and sit down on a bean bag chair in the corner of the room. I check my phone for the first time since this morning and see it is 6:23 pm. Wow i forgot how much time it takes to film these things. I go on my twitter and notice I have a 3 new followers that caught my eye. @OliviaSui, @KeithLeakJr, and @NoahGrossman214. I follow them back without hesitation and put my phone away. I get up to go talk to Ryan Todd about the video when a hand taps my shoulder and I hear,

"Uh (Y/N)" I turn around to be faced with Noah.

"Hi Noah. So you do speak." I greet him cheerfully. He chuckles and looks at his feet and back to me.

"Hey yeah sorry about that. I must of looked like an idiot." He said.

"Its okay. I was the same way when I first started working here. I was so nervous that I tripped over everything, dropped everything. I was a mess. So don't feel bad." I gave him a sincere smile. He smiled back.

"Oh wow. So uh i came over here to ask if you wanted to hang out sometime." Noah asked.

"Sure! I want to get to know you guys better. We can become good friends. Here, give me your phone."  I told him truthfully. He gave me his phone and I gave him mine. He looked at my phone unsure of what to do with it.

"Put your number in so we can make plans." His face lit up with realization and he put his number in.

"Thanks. So how long have you been working here?" Noah asked me, sounding more confident in himself.

"I've been here for 2 years but I started on Smosh Games first. When Ian and Anthony heard I was into acting and couldn't book a role, they asked if I wanted to do some videos and here I am. What about you? What did you do before this?" I said.

"I was one of the host kids on Disney Channel's Game On. You know that commercial for club penguin and  where's my water and stuff like that. I was also on Nick Studio 10 which believe me was not the highlight of my career." He told me.

"Oh my god! I think I actually remember you! Did you go to that awesome looking water park in one episode that I was jealous of?" I asked really fast. Noah laughed at excitement.

"Yep that was little me. And that water park wasn't the best so i wouldn't get jealous too fast." We were talking so easily now like we've known each other for years. I can already tell we're going to be best friends. We talked for a few more minutes about the video until my phone started ringing. I answered it and it was my mom asking when I'll be home. That was her way of saying to come home. I told her soon and hung up.

"Hey Noah, I have to go. It was nice talking to you. Hopefully see you soon." I told him and hugged him. He was tense at first but then loosened up and hugged back. I waved and walked out to my car to go home.

HOME

When I walked through the door of my house, I was hit with the amazing smell of my mom's cooking. I'm always excited for dinner. Well i'm excited for anytime with food. We all sit down to eat and we all take turns talking about our day. My little sister, Alyssa was currently telling us about her day at school. She's in kindergarten. She's shy when she meets new people but after awhile she'll be her normal loud self.

Then it was my turn to talk about my day. I told them about what we filmed and the new friends I met. They were actually surprised I had something new to say. Most days I don't have anything interesting to share or I just don't feel like discussing my life story because every time I mention the Smosh Games crew, my dad always asks me what's a Lasercorn and I have to explain that it's David's nickname EVERY TIME. After dinner I go up to my room and binge watch (Favorite tv show (Y/F/TV)). I pause it to answer my phone. Its Joven.

"What's up Jovie?" I shout into the phone.

"Nothing much (your nickname (Y/N/N)). How was filming today?" Joven answered with the same amount of volume as me.

"It was fun as usual. I met the new people. Olivia, Keith, and Noah."

"Oh really? How were they?"

'They were pretty cool. Olivia is really pretty, Keith reminds me of Chris Rock, and Noah I can tell is going to be my best friend. We're actually planning to hang out soon so yeah."

"OOOOOOOOO-"

"No Joven! Its not like that!

"Sure. It isn't now but it will be."

"Shut up!"

"Stop denying it. Anyway I gotta go. I'll see you or talk to you soon. Bye!"

"Alright bye." I hung up and just laughed. Joven has always been such a jokester. He's not going to let this down. He'll be teasing me until me and Noah get together. IF we ever get together. I don't like Noah like that. I just met the kid. A guy and a girl can't be friends without someone budding in and assuming things.

After liking, retweeting, and tweeting back some fans on twitter and finishing (Y/F/TV), I decide to go to bed after this very long and exciting day.
