Heracles and Francis bring Takeshi downstairs, where the rest of the nations were. After exchanging greetings, and formal introductions, Takeshi sits down and is handed a cup of tea from Yao. After a few minutes, where he finally calmed down, Takeshi looks over to Kiku.

"Honda-san, please... Is there anything I can do to stop or even slow down Sakura's... Perishing?"

Kiku looks down, as well as the other nations. "There has to be something, isn't there?" Alfred puts his hand on Takeshi's shoulder, "I know how you're feeling... I'm denying this too but... I don't think there's any way to stop it."

"Then... When she leaves... She can just come back again, can't she?"

"It's not as easy as that..." Arthur frowns, "Sakura could always come back, but it's not guaranteed her memories will either..."

"Then... There's no point, is there?" Takeshi collapses in his seat, and puts his head down.

"Takeshi..." Heracles says from the other side of the room, and Takeshi lifts his head. "You love her, Sakura, don't you?" Takeshi's face pales, and looks away, "I do..."

"It's okay, I'm not mad..." Heracles sighs, "I'm sure we all do, in some way or another."

For the remaining hours of the day, the nations, and Takeshi included, came to a new final decision; to spend as much time as possible with Sakura when she woke, and to make sure she didn't perish with any regrets. As each day passed, Sakura was able to stay awake for at least three hours before falling asleep again. During the time she was awake, the nations rotated on who would keep her company, and meanwhile of that, Sakura was surprised to receive many confessions of many sorts.

Ludwig had told her that he always thought of her as his equal, and the same as Kiku, that she was like a younger sister to him. Ludwig also told her that if she's ever feeling scared, or needs to be protected, to not hesitate to call him and he'll be there to look out for her.

Feliciano made another promise with her, that the next time they meet, they'll go shopping and eat delicious food with each other. They have plentiful of innocent dates, and go to amusement parks together, to just enjoy themselves and make many happy memories.

Arthur had confessed that at first he looked at her with the intent of wanting to hold her, that she had struck him as such an elegant and kind soul he felt the need and want to be by her side. He made a promise that the next time they meet, they'll go out for tea and talk about their favourite novels once more.

Francis showered her with compliments, and often compared her to many kinds of flowers; he spoke to her about his love that ended in the same way as Sakura's first love, and that he'd always be willing to listen to her troubles. That as a country of romance, he'll help her with whatever love problems she might have.

Alfred confessed that he had a massive crush on Sakura, that he never met a girl that was willing to put up with anything, and who was able to keep such a cool head in such troubling situations. Sakura became someone who he looked up to and admired at the same time, and that the next they meet, they should play video games together again.

Yao wished her luck and happiness to wherever she was going, that no matter what, that he'll act as her older brother for as long a he exists. That no matter how hard times may be, family will stick together, always.

Kiku expressed how grateful he was to have her with him, for whenever he was acting difficult, Sakura still put up with him no matter what, and that he'll always be here in case she decided to return on her own free will. As one and the same, Kiku promises that he'll understand any of Sakura's pain, and will support her no matter what.

Takeshi also confessed his feelings for Sakura, that he fell in love with her the moment he laid eyes on her, and even though he knows that he'll never be able to be with her, he wished her happiness with Heracles. He made a promise to her, that he'll become a man that'll make her proud the next time they reunite.

Heracles thanked her for coming into his life, and that although he had romantic partners before, he had never loved any one of them as much as he loved Sakura. He confessed that he first laid eyes on her about a week before interacting with her. He learned so much about her, and fell in love with her even more with each and every day.

In the end, Sakura cried tears of joy, and with each and every one of them, she thanked them many times for being here with her. She was truthfully speaking about how nervous she was when she first arrived into this world, and wondered when she would be able to go back to her own, but now, she wishes the opposite, and wants to stay longer. She expressed how much truly did love everyone, and that she won't ever forget them.

One month later, Sakura had perished completely during her sleep.

In memory of Sakura, a private funeral was put together for her. Close nations and a few friends were invited. Each of the nations gave a speech about her individually. Feliciano was too chocked up to speak on his own, so his brother spoke for him, and added on his own part: Although he didn't know her that well... She was a good person to his brother, Feliciano, and therefore a good person to himself. Grandpa, from the bookstore also made an appearance, that he had read about her in old stories, through the stories he thought of her as a wonderful woman who had gone through such a tragic time. When he had met her in person, she was an even greater person than he had imagined, and was so thankful that he was able to meet her in person. Takeshi himself, managed to give a speech as well. He stuttered many times, and even confessed that he, too, had fallen in love with her. Even after finding out about her past, he admits that he doesn't regret meeting or falling in love with her, because she was the one reason why he woke up everyday.

After the funeral, the remaining nations at Kiku's house payed their respects and returned to their own country. The time thereafter, all of the nations have heard of what had happened, and internationally, their behaviour changed towards one another a little. They were more open, took the time to visit one another, and genuinely appreciated each other more.
