(( So, I'm going to say this here, before I forget, this story is purely fan made, but it was also based from a rp I had quite some time ago. Just wanted to say that :3 Anyways, on with the story!!))
Once Sakura had went inside of the house and settled (well, sort of) down, Kiku gave her a small lecture about being out so late, he continued to go on about how worried he was and how that he wasn't going to let her stay out that late ever again. "Kiku-san... You're like a father..." Once he had finished and calmed down, -since his blood pressure was rising-, he had asked Sakura if it were alright if he were to ask someone to escort her to the meeting and back for the time being. At first this took Sakura by surprise, and she wanted to object to the idea, but since Kiku was so worried, and that little incident that had happened to her before arriving home (which she didn't dare mention), there was no way she should refuse. Kiku was pleased when Sakura agreed to his idea, once that matter had been resolved, she had decided to clear her head with a bath in their hot springs. She had undressed and prepared herself for it, cautiously stepping in, she laid her head back, relaxing. As the crickets chirped their song, she stared up at the starry sky, her head still filled with the thoughts of who that man was, the more she thought about him, the more she could remember/make out, the small details about him. He seemed to be 5'11" in height, a young man, and although she didn't quite get a clear look on his face, he had brown hair, and (based from a small glimpse she took before falling asleep) green eyes. She felt her cheeks burn up a little, "*Nani deska?..... This isn't some *shoujo romance... *Baka." after some time had passed, she had decided to get out.
Once Sakura had changed, she passed by Kiku's bedroom, which was exposed 100% since the doors were open; Revealing a Kiku sleeping on his paper work which was a disaster of a mess. She let out a small sigh as she helped him onto his futon properly and organised the papers once again. Sakura made a small chuckle at his sleeping face before tucking him in and leaving for her room. As she stepped inside she glanced over at the wall clock, it was already 1 in the morning, she was going to need all the sleep she could get.
The next morning, Sakura walked down to the front entrance with all her paper work, she was greeted with the sight of Kiku exchanging words with Arthur. "Sakura, I see you are prepared." She nodded and glanced over at Arthur who made a small smile at her, "Oh, yes, Arthur-san will be accompanying you for the time being, will that be alright?" Sakura nodded once again. "Well then," Kiku checked his wristwatch as he said this, "what are you two waiting for? You are going to be late!" he shooed the two of them out the door, and the two of them began to walk. From there to the small town it was quiet between the two, once they had reached the small town Sakura spoke first, "I apologize for causing you this trouble." "N-Not at all! I mean, i-it's not like I wanted to do this, wait no... I-I mean..." Sakura stared at Arthur, and he made a shy grin, "Would you like to get something to eat first?" "No, that is alright." a rather loud growel escaped from Sakura's stomach. She made a small blush and turned her head away to avoid eye contact. "No worries, we have plenty of time."The two nations had stopped by a small cafe to order a quick breakfast, since Sakura had never been to a cafe like this, Arthur was kind enough to order for her. While they were waiting, Arthur had suddenly brought up the topic, "You know.... I always wondered, why did you cut your hair so short..". She froze. "I-Is that so...?" She tried her best to control her voice, and Arthur nodded, "I mean, your hair style right now isn't bad, it's just that you looked so beautiful with your long hair back then." "W-What?" Arthur realised what he had just said and blushed pure red, "Wait.. I mean...." Sakura couldn't help but laugh a little, Arthur's expression was priceless, until he had joined in. "You finally smiled." She blinked, "Excuse me?" Arthur wiped his mouth before continuing, "For these past few days, I haven't seen you truly smile." Sakura stayed silent, somewhat a little amazed at this remark, "That's right, I know the difference between your real smile and your fake one, Sakura." as he said this he looked up at her. She felt as though she was going to blush, but she quickly changed the subject, "Um, this may seem a bit impossible to ask of, but do you know a man with -" before Sakura could finish, her sentence was interrupted. "DUDE. YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME." The two nations knew who this was already by the voice and dialog , they turned their heads around. America stood there, somewhat flushed and pouting, "Dammit England!" Sakura tried to ignore the upcoming argument by taking a sip of her tea, "I thought you promised me that you weren't going to hit on Sakura!!" she made a spit take and started coughing. "Look at what you did now, you git!" And thus the argument between Britain and America began, as much as Sakura didn't want to interrupt -since it may make matters worse, she did-, "Excuse me.. If we don't hurry, we will all be late for today's meeting." American and Britain stared at each other for a short while, "Hey England look over there!" Arthur, being the gullible Arthur he is, he turned his head around. With the chance he got, Alfred took a hold of Sakura's hand and ran out the door. "Wha-? HEY!!" "Sir your orders are ready, I'm sorry for the long wait." With the best timing possible, a waiter had arrived with Arthur's and Sakura's food. As Arthur tried to pay for the food quickly and asked for it to be delivered to the World Summit (the building's name for the meetings) Alfred had already slipped out of sight.
