He jumped out of his hospital bed.
He didn't know where he was going, but he could feel her warmth around him.
His friends, his family, his love.
They seemed so close, yet, so far.
He was so close to them, he reached his hand out.
The world suddenly darkened.
"No..." He couldn't stop now, it would kill him if he did.
He saw her shining face. Her smile. Her laugh.
They all screamed in fear. Blood pools quickly formed.
He barely touched her hand, then passed out.

"Elizabeta," Mrs. Beilschmidt called.
She looked up from her book, "Hm?"
"You have a request." She smiled.
A coffee colored feather fell into her hand.
The feather turned into a letter, Elizabeta read it thoroughly.
Dear Elizabeta of the Beilschmidt family,
Please convince the nurses to let Lovino out of the hospital.
We're sure that you can help him more than the doctors who are unaware that he is an angel and that angels have a different structures than humans.
Thank you,
    Antonio Carriedo
"You may go." Mrs. Beilschmidt nodded.
Elizabeta put human clothes on and flew over to the hospital where they kept Lovino.
She went over to reception, "Hello. I am here to see Lovino Vargas."
The receptionist checked her computer.
"Do you have a reservation to see him?" (I'm sorry I've actually never visited a hospital before so I don't know how this works)
Elizabeta glared at the receptionist, her eyes gleamed yellow.
The receptionist fainted on her desk.
"Thank you for your time," Elizabeta sauntered over to the elevator.
She reached Lovino's room.
"Great! That took you long enough." He grinned.
"What's going on here?" The nurse asked, confused.
"I'm leaving with Mr. Vargas." Elizabeta stated.
"No, you are not. How did you get past reception and security?" The nurse pulled out a taser.
"There was security?" She tilted her head.
"Just take me already! I'm hungry and the hospital food taste like shit." Lovino complained.
"You aren't going anywhere!" The nurse yelled.
Lovino sighed, he sped past the nurse.
The nurse froze for a second, she collapsed to the floor.
Three visible scratches were shown on her neck.
A pool of blood formed on the ground.
The Italian smiled at Antonio.
"Well are you coming or are you going to be a suspect?"
"I- uh, yeah I'll come with you."
Elizabeta successfully got Lovino and Antonio out of the hospital.
[ ... ]
"I'm sorry but you need some professional help." Elizabeta frowned. The wounds that Lovino had were too much for her. She didn't know what the full structure of an angel anyway.
"I know someone!" Gilbert lit up with an idea, probably an idiotic idea but any help would work right now.
He gave Antonio a business card.
"Those two are really smart angels, two of the smartest I know." He smirked.
Lovino read the card.
"Yao Wang & Kiku Honda's... Wait this isn't a business card."
"Eh?" Gilbert tilted his head in confusion.
"This is a just a card with their numbers and emails on it. A business card is completely different, also... this is a hentai advertisement."
Antonio laughed out loud.
"Okay, I can explain." The demon sweat.
"Well you better,"
"One; that is a fake advertisement in order for humans to not sneak around. Two; their thing isn't exactly a business, just some help if serious things happen."
"That's good, I honestly thought you were actually talking us into buying hentai."
Antonio kept laughing.
[ ... ]
Gilbert drove the two to the Kiku and Yao's, it was farther away than expected.
Antonio, Lovino and Gilbert walked in. The place was a little smaller on the inside but very fancy and traditional.
A black haired Japanese teenager walked in with a sushi tray and three pieces of sushi stuffed in his mouth.
"Hey Kiku-"
"Ah!" He swallowed the three pieces of sushi whole.
"Oh, hello. What do you need?" Kiku greeted.
"My crazy, Italian friend needs some professional help. If you know what I mean." The demon winked.
Lovino kicked him in the shin.
"Don't listen to anything that comes out of that dumkof's mouth, I've been wounded and I need some help from somebody who isn't a human because they're a pain in the ass." Lovino explained.
"Hm, I think I can help you."
Kiku walked into the other room, a crash was heard and he walked back in the original room with Chinese guy.
"This is my older brother, Yao. He's technically my big brother."
"What do you mean, 'technically'?" Antonio questioned.
"I found him playing in bamboo forest all alone. He say, 'Watashi wa subete hitori de gozen', which mean, 'I-"
"He basically found me in a forest and took care of me." Kiku cut Yao off.
"Now, what's the point of coming here?" Yao asked.
Lovino sighed, he slowly unfolded his wings.
"Ow ow ow ow ow ow ow..." He hissed.
Kiku and Yao both stared wide-eyed at Lovino's injuries.
"You're lucky you're alive..." Kiku muttered under his breath.
"How did this happen?" He asked.
Antonio hugged Lovino, the Italian burst into silent tears.
The Japanese teen spread out his wings.
"Woah! I've never seen wings like that!" Antonio stared, shocked.
Unlike other angels' wings, Kiku's were slick, black and very shiny.
Yao and Kiku examined Lovino, sometimes they'd look at each other uneasily.
"So, um... I don't know how to say this, but..."
The Italian kept his eyes on the bamboo flooring.
"Lovino might not be able to ever fly again- but! Before, you panic, we don't know this for sure."
Despair and sadness took over all of Lovino's emotions.
"W-What do you mean?" He gulped.
"Your injuries are too serious and your wounds are too deep."
"Thank you for your time." Gilbert, Antonio and Lovino bowed.
Gilbert paid them and took Antonio and Lovino home.
The Italian was grief-stricken.
He laid his head on Antonio's shoulder during the car ride, his eyes lifeless and empty.
"I don't understand..." He breathed.
"I'm sorry-"
"No. You don't have to be. This, this is my fault..."
Antonio stared deeply into Lovino's eyes.
"It's not your fault. It's mine, you saved me. I would of died if you didn't do that." The Spaniard kissed his forehead.
"But can I really fly again, or will I be grounded forever...?"
Antonio smiled at Lovino, somehow his smile made him light up a little on the inside.
"Something tells me, that you'll fly perfectly. That you'll heal and that we can one day fly together. Don't worry."
"Okay..." Lovino smiled.

Hi. I don't think I can honestly control my emotions rn. My phone is over heating from me writing this damn story for an hour.
So I just finished watching Death Parade. Death Parade was a great anime with an awesome plot.
((Fucking Clavis is an adorkable little cinnamon roll, God I love him so much. But not as much as Nona b/c she's a badass queen)) Thumbs up for that anime, it was amazing. Now I'm gonna go sit down and simultaneously watch Assassination Classroom and Charlotte, then I'm gonna watch Plastic Memory and then Is This A Zombie.
