After Aedda was given a little tour, by Min Hee, of the wood area, they all headed home. Min Hee felt tired, so Jungkook picked her up and let her sleep in his arms. It was an adorable sight, if Aedda even looked at them. She did steal glances at them, just to see if everything was okay. But other than that, Aedda was looking everywhere around her, trying to remember the path, so she wouldn't ever get lost.
They reached the apartment building and Aedda held the door for Jungkook, since he was the one with full hands. Then, they entered the lift and stayed in awkward silence. Aedda thought this would be the perfect time to look for her keys, so she rummaged through her bag.
Oh no, I can't find my keys and my parents won't be home until late. At that moment Aedda was frustrated and upset. Frustrated at the fact that she was so stupid, and upset because she had nowhere to go. There was only one solution, call her mother.
"Hello? Sweetheart I'm very busy right now." Her mother sounded frustrated, but Aedda didn't even notice. "Mum, I didn't take my keys this morning. What do I do?" Aedda whined, hearing a chuckle from Jungkook, but when she turned to look at him, his expression seemed unfazed.
"Ugh, why did I raise such a clumse? You're lucky your brotheres are visiting." And with that, her mother hung up. She can't be serious, Aedda shook her head. Receiving a glance from Jungkook, should I ask if everything is okay? Why should I? But, maybe there's a problem. Ugh, I'll just blame my kindness for this.
"Is everything okay?" Jungkook finally asked. Aedda turned around, dumbfounded that the cold boy actually talked to her, she was about to answer when the lift doors opened, revealing two elderly people, who smiled at them, and then at each other, sheepishly. Aedda didn't notice, she just smiled back and looked down. However, Jungkook saw the sheepish smile and was mentally face palming himself.
They got the wrong idea.
They got to their floor and parted ways, slightly anyways, and both went to their doors. Jungkook opened the door to his apartment and walked in, without looking back. Aedda hesitantly knocked. She waited a few seconds and knocked again. No answer. She figured that her brothers were teasing her, so she started to fake sob, knowing that seeing her sad was her brothers's weakness. She began to sniff and then slowly began to wail. Immediately, the door shot open, revealing two identical looking males, with the same worried look on their faces.
"Ok, we're sorry, don't cry please." They pleaded, whilst squezzing their little sister into a group hug.
"Ugh, let go, I wasn't crying, I just needed to get into my house, in which you guys don't live in anymore." She grumpily said, before taking her shoes off in the corridor. "Are you still angry at us for leaving?" Asked Hyuk, one of the twins.
"Nope." Aedda replied, going to the kitchen, seeing a whole cooked meal on the kitchen island.
"We cooked." Jae, the other twin, chuckled.
"Thanks, I'll eat well." Aedda gleamed, while getting out her chopsticks and digging into the food. Her brothers laughed, knowing that their sister had a weak spot for food. To be honest, Aedda missed her brothers so much. When she was little, they always used to play together. At the playground, Aedda was the only child who could tell them apart. Even though now there was obvious differences, such as their dyed hair, but back then there was only their characters that were different. There was no birth mark or scar, nothing, just the way they acted. Hyuk was the more manly one of them, whilst Jae was the more careful and motherly one. Either way, they both loved their sister very much.
