Jungkook's babysitter

New Mall

Aedda ran to the taller male and wrapped her arms around his torso. She hasn't seen Chanyeol since that time in the park, where she told all her friends she was moving. It wasn't long ago, but Aedda felt like they haven't seen each other in years.

"Well, I see that you're happy." Chanyeol chuckled, unwrapping her arms and pinching her cheeks, "aigoo, you didn't change at all." The girl squirmed, "yah, let me go. You haven't changed much either!" The pair stopped, before laughing at each other's silliness. Chanyeol grabbed Aedda's hand, dragging her to the bus stop.

"Come on, I wanna go to the mall!"

At the mall, the Jeon siblings were sitting at their favourite café. Min Hee was still upset that they lost track of Aedda, because her brother was too slow and missed the bus. Jungkook still had no idea why his sister was so upset, but he chose not to ask.

"I can't believe we lost her." Min Hee mumbled, playing with her food. Stupid Jungkook, Min Hee thought the words that she knew were pointless to say.

Just as the two were about to leave, Min Hee caught site of a couple. The boy was much taller than the girl, who was wearing a baby blue dress- wait. Min Hee gasped, that's definitely unnie! She grabbed Jungkook's hand and dragged him to the nearest plant bed.

"What the- Min Hee what are we doing hiding behind plants?" Jungkook hissed, earning a head shake from the said girl. "Look oppa, it's Aedda-unnie and a boy. I told you she went on a date!" Min Hee squealed, waving her finger towards the couple. Jungkook didn't know what to say, so it was true? She actually went on a date? He glared at the couple, who were walking towards the exit of the mall.

It was already 5pm, Aedda and Chanyeol went to many shops, however they didn't actually buy anything. They talked about how their lives have changed since they finished middle school.

"The ahjummas thought what?" Aedda asked, in between laughing. "Yeah, they really thought you left because one of us hurt you. You should've seen Sehun, he started believing them too." Chanyeol chuckled, remembering how the younger cried that day.

"I really miss you guys." Aedda said, stopping when she realised that they were at a bus stop, "well, I guess this is goodbye." Chanyeol panicked, suddenly remembering something. "You know, the place where I'm staying isn't far away. There's someone that really wants to see you there." Chanyeol rubbed the back of his neck, thinking he could've phrased that better. "Who?" The girl tilted her head, wondering who could possibly want to see her. All her friends were back in Seoul, except one that is.

"Baekhyun, remember when he left?" The girl nodded, so Chanyeol decided to continue, knowing how dense she is. "Well, he's here and when I told him you moved here, well... he wanted to see you again." Aedda's eye widened, so he was here all this time? Seeing the girl's reaction, Chanyeol chuckled and grabbed her hand.

"Shall we?"
