Chapter 24

Felicity:

We read our letter at the same time.

"Felicity,

We know you are working with The Arrow, We don't know or care who he is, he is not our concern. What we want is you to work with us. Your computer skills are unmatched. You will be in this place until you agree. Please enjoy your packages."

The packages contained clothes for the both of us, and things for us to do to pass the time. As the day turned to night we decided to watch a few of the movies that were given. It was around midnight when we decided to call it a night. We lay in our respective beds and slept, well at least Oliver did, I couldn't sleep. My mind was racing. Who were these people? Why did they need me? Should I help them to save Oliver? I couldn't lay here anymore; obviously my body had no intention of sleeping.

I looked at the door that kept me from my freedom. I stared at it for a few minutes and then it opened. I stepped out into the hallway, as far as I could until my chains stopped me. A man then appeared behind me. He leaned down unlocked my chain and closed the door. "Who.." I started too asked before the masked man shook his head no and pointed to the left.

I turned left and kept walking every few minutes looking back at him for direction and he led me through the dark hall.

We arrived at what to be a cafeteria. He led me to a table and he sat down across from me. "Why did you bring me here?" I demanded to know. In a distorted voice the man said "Felicity, We need your help. My employers need you to us your computer skills to take down an enemy's financials, to take everything he holds dear." "I'm sure you can find any hacker to take down someone's financials. Why am I so special?" "You are not here to interrogate me miss. The man had taken things from my employers, things you can take back, he has taken lives. In return they want his, not to take it but to ruin it. It seems no matter how hard they try he always ends up on top" he made me aware. I looked down without know all the small details the man they were after did sound a bit evil. "We will give you time to think." He told me rising from his seat signaling that it was time to get back to the chamber. We walked back in silence. When we arrived at the door he put my chains back on and then unlocked the door pushed me in and quickly closed it behind him.

Once I got my barings I looked over to Oliver who was still sleeping, after the events of the night I had all of a sudden gotten extremely tired. I flopped on my bed.

Diggle:

It's been about two or three days since I've seen either Felicity or Oliver. It was not a good time for them to be away. We needed to find and stop this group of murderous thieves. Just then the Elevator dinged and I stepped out into Oliver office. Again they were both not here. I turn to leave and Ray is behind me.

"Diggle? Was it? How can I help you?" "I was just looking for Felicity and Oliver." "I don't know about Oliver but Felicity is gone, with things changing around here she was told she had to use up all her vacation days. I figured Oliver told you" He said. "Why would Oliver tell me?" "It was his idea to have all of the staff use their vacation time before the switch was complete so they didn't lose it." "Do you know where they are?" I asked again confused. "Felicity is in Florida at a spa retreat, a gift for working so hard." He informed me. "As for Oliver form what I understand it isn't so out of character from him to skip work for a few days.

Something was wrong I could feel it. They both wouldn't leave without telling me. We had stories in place in case a emergency trip was needed so that the rest of the team knew that help was needed.
