Chapter 1: Care Free

I woke up at 6 am to Alex calling me, "Hello?" She started yelling in my ear about some plane and getting ready. "Alex what are you talking about," I groggily screamed stumbling to the bathroom. "OUR TRIP! TWO WEEKS IN TAMPA! YOU HAVE YOUR BAGS PACKED RIGHT?" Oh god how could I forget about this! I must be super tired. "Yeah my stuff is packed. I'll be there in 20." I hung up and got ready. I turned on the shower and took a fast one not having much time. I got out and walked over to my closet deciding what to wear. We were gonna be in a plane all day so I just put on jeans and a T-shirt. Planes are always cold or else I wold just wear shorts. I grabbed my north face jacket and went to my Moms room to say goodbye.

I had been sitting here waiting for Alex for what felt like forever. I had honked like 4 times, what the hell is she doing in there? I'm so impatient but too lazy to get out of the car. I slammed my hand on the horn holding it til Alex finally emerged from the house. I took a sip of my Starbucks with a satisfied smile on my face. She shoved her stuff in the trunk and hopped in, "Damnit Lexii, you are so impatient!" I just nodded and handed her her Starbucks. She was chuckling, "I love you in the mornings. So cranky and groggy its adorable." "You're the only person to appreciate all of this," I joked. "So you wore jeans too? Didn't want to freeze your balls off I assume. Let me guess... north face jacket too?" Gosh Alex knew me so well. She threw her hair in a messy bun and we were basically quiet the whole ride, it was too early for this crap.

The plane ride was boring and I was so glad to finally be here! Alex and I pulled up at the house Mom rented for us and ran inside, throwing our stuff in the already furnished living room. We both started running threw the house jumping on the beds when I ran to her room and screamed in unison "SUMMER BREAK BITCHES!" We settled in and ran to the grocery store to buy food for the trip. I hate grocery shopping! I just wanted to go home and chill ocean side til tomorrow. Alex and I still needed to plan! Maybe we'll just wing it!

I woke up this morning and Alex was knocked out in her room, that's strange. I loved fucking with her though so I grabbed her phone, knowing the code, and set an alarm in one minute. I went back to bed and "slept" when Alex comes running in," I HATE YOU I HATE YOU I HATE YOU I HATE YOU. BITCH." "I love you to doll face. Wanna go to the beach today," I laughed. "Yeah let me get ready." I lied in bed on my phone when Alex came in, "The beach is PACKED! But there are like no dudes. Just a bunch of girls, what are we suppose to do at a beach full of girls!?" "I wonder why its so full," I wondered. I told her we would go anyway so we did. I threw on my bikini and a crochet top and Alex wore her bikini with shorts. We packed a bag with towels, snacks, drinks and even though we didn't burn, sunscreen.

We walked down to the beach searching for a place that wasn't so crowded when Alex froze in her tracks, "Alex come on! Bitch, its summer.. we're at the beach, why are you hesitating?!" "Shut the fuck up and check Twitter," she said slowly. I checked it to see Justin Bieber was in town. Okay, big deal? He's cute and all but still. I looked at her confused, "All I see is that Justin Bieber and Jaden Smith are in town but what does that have to do with this?" She pointed towards the and I could barely see him from all the girls crowding but I knew who it was.
