Chapter 24: As the days go by..

*Lexii's POV*

A few days have gone by and not much has happened. I'm getting better at skating, Jaden and I have went to an few interviews, lunch with friends and other things like that. Jaden's been working on a song and that's what he does most of the day but I don't mind. Sometimes I sit with him and listen while he writes and sometimes he brain storms while we're sitting there and ends up mumbling new parts in my ear. I must admit that its cute.

I was sitting on Jaden's side of the bed while he sat in the floor writing. He said, "Lexii?" I looked down at him, "Yeah?" He smiled, "Wanna sing my chorus?" I laughed, "Uh.. what if I said no?" "He smiled, "Just right now. Not officially." I nodded in agreement and he got a cheesy grin. "You're gonna have to kind of sing it for me so I know the tone." "I suppose." He did it and I got it down and ready. I grinned ad he sang it, he was right... he can't sing. I did it once and then again and then he nodded and I went back to my phone. I didn't k ow what he was up to but I didn't like it. We had dinner with the family and Teo had brought over the girl from the fourth of July. We all had fun for a while and then lied down for bed around 1am.

*Jaden's POV*

After Lexii showered I did too. When I came out she was on MY side of the bed wearing MY sweats and a sports bra. I walked to my closet with my towel wrapped around my waist and came out in the sweats. I gave Lexii a playful and confused look, "What are you doing on MY side of the bed." She giggled but didn't say anything. I walked over to her and laid over her with my arms of each side of her, resting on my forearms. She put her phone down and looked at me and smirked, "I like this side." I chuckled and said, "You're lucky I love you. Only for tonight!" She smiled and kissed me. Not a peck but the passionate kind. She wrapped her arms around my neck and I held her face. She pulled back and smiled at me, "I loved you." I put my hands on her hips and said, "I love you too." I fell to her side and as soon as I inhaled it smelled just like her, she has contaminated half my bed with her fruity scent. "Lexii.. this side smells like cherries and flowers." She laughed and said, "Sorry.." I smirked and lied back down. She plugged her phone into the charger and turned towards me. She was being more affectionate than usual and it was weird. I liked it, and I likes how she usually was too but this was just strange. "What's going on with you," I asked her. "What do you mean," She asked. "You're being more lovey than usual." I kind of saw her face drop, "I just.. I don't know. Is there a problem?" "No... I um.. never mind." We started arguing and then she said, "I just don't always show you how much I care! I know that and I know you notice it but I am bad at the whole lovey thing. I just thought I should try to start showing you more before you forgot." "How could I forget?" A tear slipped from my eye, how could she think that. "I don't know..." "I will never forget. I like you when you don't show it and when you do. I like you just the way you are and if that means not always showing your feelings then I'm fine with that." She smiled and held me tight. We really just had our first fight. Wow, that was kind of easy. We finally drifted off into sleep.

*Lexii's POV*

We fought last night and I hated it. It was fast though so I was over it. I got up this morning, slipped on a flowy tank top and vans, brushed my teeth, threw my hair up and grabbed a board. I left the house and skated down to the skatelab, it wasn't too far so I didn't mind. By the time I got there Jaden called me..

Me: What's up?

Jaden: Where'd you go?

Me: I'm at the skatelab.. I'll b home later.

Jaden: Did you skate there?

Me: Mhm..

Jaden: Lexii

Me: *laughs* yes?

Jaden: You're a hand full.

Me: I can see why you'd say that.

Jaden: *Laughs* well I have an interview about the song and us and all that and then I'm probably gonna stop by the studio.

Me: Okay. I should be home when you get back. Goodluck!

Jaden: After my interview you have to come with me to the studio so I'll text you and see if you're home or at the skatelab.

Me: Okayy. I'll see you then. Love you.

Jaden: Love you too.

We hung up and I started doing random stuff. After about 2 hours Jaden said he'd get me. I stated grinding and doing ollies, kick flips, full pipes. All that. I heard Jaden clear his throat, "You ready Tony Hawk?" I laughed. "Sure." We jumped in the car and went to the studio. I knew he was gonna make me sing that stupid chorus. Oh well. I asked him about the interview he said it went well, he told them there would be a surprise on the song(me) and that all the MSFTS should be excited. Great.. I have the whole MSFTS republic to worry about.
