Chapter 15:I love you

Sam's P.O.V

"Come on, you can do this. Please wake up! Just open your eyes!" I was sat by her bed for at least 10 minutes now, begging for her to wake up but she still hasn't.

"Come on Sam. Let's go and sit outside for a couple of minutes so you can calm down." Josh said as he patted my shoulder telling me to get up from the chair. I stood up and kissed Chloe's forehead before leaving.

"Sam, let me take you home. The hospital will call us if she wakes up. You need some rest" Josh said as we got out of her hospital room. I thought about it in my head and then nodded. As we were walking out of the hospital we were stopped by Doctor Mason.

"Sam are you leaving?" 

"Josh persuaded me to go home and have some rest. Will you call me if anything changes?" I asked and Doctor Mason nodded.

We walked to Josh's car and he drove me home. I got out of the car and thanked Josh for driving me home. It was weird to be back home since I had been staying at Chloe's for a while. I unlocked the door and cold air hit my face making me gasp. I walked in and turned on the heaters. After I did that I went up to my room and got into bed. Thinking about Chloe I slowly started drifting to sleep.

I must've slept for a couple of hours because when I woke up with was 1am. I got my phone out and saw that I have 1 missed call, it was from Josh so I instantly called back.

Phone Conversation

Me-"Hey Josh, I saw a missed call from you. Is everything ok?"

Josh-"Come to the hospital. Right now!!" 

Me-"What happened?!"

Josh-"I will meet you here, hurry up!"

Phone Conversation over

I was nervous and slightly panicking. I got up, grabbed a jacket, my phone and my car keys. I went to my car and drove to the hospital. I rushed to Chloe's room and saw Josh sitting outside.

 "Hey Josh, I got here as fast as I could, what's wrong?!" I asked, panting from running up the stairs.

"Come on, let's go." Josh said and nodded towards Chloe's hospital room.

"No, I don't want to see her laying there, not moving."

Josh dragged me into the room and there she was. Her eyes were opened and she smiled as she saw me. God she was beautiful.

"I love you too Sam!" She said and I was confused for a moment and then remembered that the doctor said even though she was in a coma she could still hear everything that was going on around her.
