Chapter 5(Isabella's pov): "What do you mean? I didn't get any call. And you know my name is Isabella." I lied. I tried looking confused. Maybe I'm over doing it a bit. "Oh, maybe you put the wrong number in my phone. Here." He said. He gave me his phone to change the number.

I pretended to press some buttons while thinking. He still looked a little suspicious but less than before. I had to get his mind off the message. "Well I have to get ready, I'll be out in about 25 minutes, ok?" I gave him his phone back and closed the door behind me not letting him answer.

That was way too close. I quickly changed the message on my phone. I took a quick shower and looked for something cute to wear. I decided to wear aztec print leggings with a black tank top. I put a denim shirt over the tank top while brushing my hair. I paired the outfit with leather accessories. I pulled on some old converse while trying to do my make up.

I went for natural with short cat eyes. I decided to leave my hair down because I had already taken 30 minutes to get ready. Before I left, I spotted a bracelet on the side desk, where I left it last night when I took it off. It was made of black cord with black beads leading up to a blue stone. Blue. My favorite color. Zayn knew me so well. He had given it to me on our six month anniversary of dating. I've worn it everyday since then. I couldn't just leave it there.

Then again, I left him, along with the rest of my life. I had to move on, but not today, I thought as I slipped it on my left wrist, where he put it on that night. I rushed outside to find Niall leaning on the wall and playing on his phone. It looked like he brushed his hair because I could see his quiff more clearly. He was wearing a faded dark blue T-shirt that showed his muscles perfectly with fitted blue jeans and a dog tag around his neck. When he looked up, he straightened his shirt and smiled at me.

Maybe he forgot about the message on my phone. I hope he did. "Ready to go, love?" He said. He was so charming, I just loved his accent and how he calls me love. Maybe it's just an Irish thing. Not that I don't wan't him to like me like that, I'm just not ready for a relationship right now. Not after Zayn...

"Yeah, let's go." I said with a smile. We walked down the hall the the elevator. Niall seemed so nervous. In the elevator, we both moved to press the lobby button at the same time. When our hands touched, Niall looked at me, blushed slightly, and turned away, smiling slightly. I wonder why he was so shy...
