Kylo remembers Rey

The New Plan

The next morning everybody was already outside waiting on Luke.
I was one of the last to come out of the hut.

When he finally came out it went silent.
I stood in the mist of people and saw Rey talking to Poe with BB-8 at their feet.
It made me a little jealous but I knew she would never love Poe more then me. Or Finn.

Luke stepped up on his platform that was made on the top of the cliff and hung right over the edge.
"I've called you all out here for a reason and our reason is to come up with the new resistance and have a plan to defeat Snoke, he said."

"Ah yes master Luke you can be our new leader."
It was a gold robotic machine I had never seen before and it was accompanied by a blue and white shorter robot.

"Thank you C3PO but I think I am too old to be the leader I think a younger person should lead this new rebellion, he said."

"Who would you guys like to see be the leader, he said to everyone."

They all turned and whispered.
I could feel people glaring.

REY!
BEN!
FINN!

I heard some of them scream our names.

"I will say each name outloud and whoever has the most votes will be elected as the general of the new resistance, Luke said."

He first called out Finn's name but Finn hurriedly declined the offer since he was immobile for the time being.
Then he called out my name which got a substantial amount of votes.
But when Rey's name was called about every creature and person voted for her even BB-8.

"Wait a second, I said."

"What you still don't think I can lead this your mother was a woman and she did it fine, Rey said."

"But now she's dead, I screamed back at her."

"ENOUGH" Luke said.

"Hold on let me say something, I said."

"Don't you guys think the obvious choice here to lead this thing is Poe. My mother trusted him and was her best pilot in the resistance, I said to all of them."

I saw everyone nodding their heads and smiling at Poe as he stood there completely shocked that I said that about him.

"Okay this battle is between Rey and Poe now who would you rather see be elected, Luke said."

Poe ended up getting the most votes and he was elected
General Poe Dameron of the Resistance.

After that was settled Poe came up and thanked me but didn't have much time before getting moved into the headquarters to come up with plans.

"Wow I see what you did there, Rey said as she passed me."

"Poe was the better choice than both of us, I said to her sarcastically."

Me and Rey were both called to the headquarters to discuss the new plan with Poe.
When we got in there, there were not many people in the room.
Me. Rey. Poe. Luke. BB-8. And the two other robot droids.

"Okay here is my plan since we have a limited amount of people we will go out and recruit as many people as possible once we have done that we will then attack the First Order then go to Snoke and kill him, Poe said."

"You know it's going to be much more difficult than that, I said."

"Yeah I know but you can help us since you were apart of the first order and you know all of their secrets, he said."

"They have probably changed all of their secrets now since I went rogue, I said."

"I think it sounds like a great idea, Rey said as she put her arm on his shoulder."

She then went on to tell him she would always be willing to fight.

Ugh it made me feel nauseous.
She was just doing this to get underneath my skin.

I left the room and went to my room but suddenly bumped into Finn.

"Hey Finn what are you doing, I said."

"I was actually coming to find you, he said with a grin."

"Ok"

"Would you be willing to take me down to the water so I can sit on the sand, he said."

"Um I don't know, I said."

"It's fine I will see if Poe can help me down the steps see ya, he said while wheeling away."

"WAIT"
"I'll do it lets go, I said."

I wheeled him down the steps and plopped him down in the sand.

"Ahhhh thank you so much I'm finally back on the ground, he said while looking up at the sky."

"Finn I never asked you what made you leave the first order, I said."

He looked at me and I could see he looked sad.

"As you know they remove you from your parents as a child and wipe your memory, he said."
"I don't even know my parents and when we killed everyone at that village I saw kids running and clinging to their parents as they got shot. It wasn't right and I knew I wasn't a dark person inside."

I sat there for a while and neither of us talked.
We just sat there in the sand.
I could see dark clouds stirring above the water and I told Finn we should probably go back inside but before I could pick him up and take us both back to the hut his wheelchair flew into the ocean.

Then there was lightening and the whole sky went black.
"GUYS GET BACK UP HERE ITS A STORM, Rey screamed at the top of the cliff"

"I HAVE TO GET HIS WHEELCHAIR OR I CANT CARRY HIM UP THE STAIRS, I said."

"JUST LEAVE IT BEN, Finn screamed while sitting there helplessly in the sand."

The Lightning was getting fiercer and the wheelchair was sinking faster.

I dove in and swam until I could reach the wheelchair.
I think I hallucinated because as soon as I touched the wheelchair I saw Snokes face.
The water lit up with a loud crack and everything went dark...
