We walked curiously through the park, trying to spot something interesting.

"Hayes what are we looking for?" I asked in a whining manner, we'd been walking for ten minutes and I wasn't prepared for the hike.

He hushed me and insisted it was close, "It will all be worth it I promise babe" he said squeezing my hand for reasurement. I smirked, I couldn't help it when he called me babe. We walked for a few minutes, talking about random topics. Our favorite trends, my hair getting frizzy in summer, what sports we want our children to participate in. It's days like this that make me fall in love with him all over again.

"I like Phoebe" he stated.

"Really?" I asked scrunching my nose, "That's a girly name for our daughter, I like Riley." I argued.

"Riley is a boys name Y/N" he said determined to keep our daughters name his choice.

"Riley is not a boys name Hayes! It's designed for both just like Cameron, Taylor, Payton, Kelley..." I listed.

"Okay!" He interrupted me, putting his hand over my mouth, "and Kelley is not a boys name!" He argued again.

"Yes it is Hayes I had a class freshman year with a young boy named Kelley!" I started. He pulled me close and kissed my head.

"Whatever you nut" he said holding me as our footsteps walked sync. We sat in beautiful silence now listening to the birds sing.

"So where are we headed to?" I asked after waiting for a destination. Hayes laughed a short chuckle and stopped walking, "What?" I asked getting insecure.

"I never had a destination in mind I just tricked you into talking with me. But it was worth it, just liked I promised you right?" He smiled at me pulling me closer.

"Hayes Benjamin Grier I am going to slap you! I ruined my flats and my new painted toes" I yelled playfully pushing him. I laughed with him.

"I'll repaint your toes baby" he said turning the direction back to our car which we drove here in. I blushed and kissed his hand which I was holding.
