Katy POV
"Yes," I finally said, after thinking about it.
"Yes?" Justin asked.
"Yes, I will go out to breakfast with you. I'm starving so it's not like I have much of a choice," I finished, laughing.
I saw his face light up as he, too, chuckled. He grabbed my hand, "Well, what are we waiting for? Let's go before you die of starvation."
The feel of my hand in his filled something inside of me. It was incredible how it warmed me up inside. We walked out and I locked the door behind us. Justin opened up the door to his beautiful car for me and hopped in to the driver's side. The drive to the restaurant consisted of me lowly humming to a few songs playing on the radio and his hand carefully placed on my knee.
When we got to the restaurant, he again opened the door for me. 'Such a gentleman' I thought to myself. His hand landed on my lower back and I gasped, jumping a little. I heard his low chuckle as I rolled my eyes.
A waiter led us to a table and handed us our menus. We ordered and started to talk."So you're sixteen?" Justin spoke.
"Yes, I turned sixteen in May," I replied. "And how old are you, Mr Silverstone?""'Justin'. Not 'Mr Silverstone', please. You're making me feel old and professional. I'm not any of those at the moment. And don't worry about my age, sweetheart," he said.
"Well, Justin, who said I'm worrying about your age? All I was doing was keeping the convo going," I said with attitude.
Justin held up his hands in surrender and I asked, "So are you going to tell me how old you are or not?"
He smirked, "I'd rather not."
"Why won't you tell me? I mean, it's just a number. You could say 52 or something!" I yelled. Then I saw that everyone's attention had shifted to me. And being the shy girl that I was, I flushed and lowered myself in hopes of hiding from all the eyes.
Justin laughed out loud and I narrowed my eyes at him.
"Are you laughing at me? This is all your fault," I said through gritted teeth.
He finished laughing and said, "No, I'm not laughing at you. You just look so cute when you're embarrassed. And 52? Really?"
"I just say it like I see it," I shrugged. "Just tell me your age and we'll stop this argument."
"What if I don't want this argument to stop?" He asked leaning forward with his fingers interlocked and elbows on the table.
"If you don't want this argument to stop, you're-" I was then cut off by the waiter. "Your food," he said, setting them on the table. Justin and I both mumbled a small "Thanks".
The waiter nodded leaving us alone again. "-You're weird," I finished.
"What?" Justin asked.
"That's what I was going to say. 'If you don't want this argument to stop, you're weird.'" I answered him.
"Oh. Well, I was going to tell you how old I am but since I'm weird, I guess not." He said, smiling evilly.
"Justin, I'm sorry. Please tell me." I begged.
"No," was his simple answer.
"Fine. I'll just ask my dad." I said, sticking out my tongue.
"Your dad does not know how old I am. Now eat." He uttered.
"Is that a command?" I gasped.
"Maybe it is. Sweetheart, you are hungry so I suggest you eat now before I start feeding you." He was dead serious when he said that, gazing deeply into my eyes.
The thought of him feeding me made me swallow hard. It terrified and excited me at the same time. His gaze made me feel weak and I couldn't get out of the trance it had set me in.
He then nodded his head towards my plate and mouthed 'Eat'. I blinked a few times then shook my head, grabbing the utensils.
From there we just ate in silence with my mind going crazy trying to understand what just happened. The whole time I had kept my head down, too afraid to even glance at him.
Justin POV
I dropped my utensils, feeling that I couldn't take it any longer. I had been stealing glances of Katy while we ate and I was getting frustrated. The way she ate just pulled me in so much. I had always thought that the way people ate was sometimes disgusting but the way she did it was incredible.
It kinda turned me on and I just wanted to look into her beautiful eyes but she had not lifted her head since she started eating.
Her head shot up when the utensils clicked. She finished chewing and spoke.
"What's wrong?"
"Nothing," I replied.
"Then why did you drop your utensils?" She asked, raising a brow.
"No reason," I shrugged.
She shook her head mumbling, "Weird." I chuckled a little and finished eating, satisfied that I had seen her pretty eyes.
"Would you like some dessert or are you too full?" I asked her.
"I'm full, thank you." Katy replied when she was finished eating.
"Okay. You want to go then?" I asked.
She just nodded and stood up. "I'd like to go wait in the car. Can I have your keys? Don't worry, I can't drive so I won't try to steal it." She said in a monotonous voice.
I chuckled and handed her the keys after asking the waiter for our bill. She left and I watched her walk away.
