I was just sitting in my room, listening to music when someone barged in. I looked up and saw that it was Justin.

"What do you want?" I asked, annoyed.

I've been mad at him since we left the restaurant and he has not said a single word to me.

"Your dad and the guys are here. So grab everything you need to grab and do everything you need to do. Your bags are already in the car," he said.

I just nodded my head and continued listening to my favourite song at the moment, 'Used to love you' by Gwen Stefani. When I saw that he was still standing there, I lifted my head again.
"Why are you still here, Justin?" I asked him.

"We are leaving in five minutes," he finished. After he said that, I jumped off my bed and ran to my bathroom.

I knew that they wouldn't leave me behind and that was not what I was avoiding by rushing. I was avoiding being late and disappointing my dad. He hates tardiness.

Walking back into my room, a tall man was sitting on my bed.

"Justin, what else do you want? You're starting to annoy me," I groaned. I realised that I was on my time of the month this morning and all I wanted to do was to listen to music in my bed with no one bugging me.

"I know it might sound really weird but you've already called me weird so I guess it doesn't matter. Could you please give me a hug?" He pleaded.

Instead of going over to hug him, I cracked myself up. The look on his face was just so cute when he said that. He was even pouting. How could I say no to that? And I actually needed a hug so why not? I wasn't going to tell him that though.

"Are you serious?" I asked. He nodded his head, still pouting.

I walked over to him and hugged him around his torso. I couldn't reach his shoulders because of his tall body and my short figure. I was about 5 ft and he looked to be 6'3 or something.

His hug was just so warm and filled me with feelings of comfort and safety. Just what I needed at the moment. And I know it might sound cliché but our bodies seemed to mould perfectly to form one. They had welcomed each other like it was where they belonged. It was just phenomenal.

But then the welcoming warm faded when Justin pulled away. He held onto my shoulders and spoke, "I think it's time to go now."

Remembering that, I quickly nodded but couldn't get out of his hold. When he saw my struggle, he let go of me and walked out the room.

I had to sit next to Justin in the seven seater car. I didn't mind though. We were seated at the back right next to each other. I could literally feel Justin's warmth radiating off of him.

"How's school?" He asked.

I looked at him with narrowed eyes. "It's summer. Do you really think I'd like to talk about school right now. I'm trying to have a good time," I paused, "It's great, by the way. How's work?"

"Work is fantastic. It lead me to a beautiful soul and I couldn't be happier," he replied.

My heart dropped at that. Who could the 'beautiful soul' be? But I guess it's none of my business so it shouldn't matter.

But it did matter.

"Oh? Who's the beautiful soul?" I said trying to hide my sadness.

"Well, wouldn't you want to know?" He smirked.

When I looked at him with a straight face saying 'don't test me', his smirk dropped.

"You. You are the beautiful soul," he said.

I broke out in laughter. Laughing so much that my stomach hurt. My dad's friends looked at me weirdly. Luckily they didn't hear our conversation because Justin and I were whispering so that only the two of us could hear.

"What's so funny?" He asked.

"What you just said," I answered, my laughter fading.

"It's true. I think that you're very beautiful, Katy." He spoke.

My whole body froze when he said that. I could not believe that he would think that I am beautiful. I mean I wasn't ugly but a guy like him noticing me was big.

The atmosphere changed when he said that.

He looked at me and I, too, lifted my eyes to meet his. As they met, everything disappeare. It felt as though it was just us two. He smiled at me, causing my own lips to lift into a smile that matched his.

Justin lowered his eyes to my lips. I noticed and bit my lip as I was nervous about what would happen next. His eyes turned somewhat darker, making him even more attractive that he already was. He looked scarily sexy.

His new move was leaning it that was followed by my own mirroring of the action. When our lips were close to touching, a clearing throat was heard, pulling me back to reality.

I jumped from my position, accidentally bumping Justin's forehead in the process. He laughed and I did too.

Justin POV

My mother had taught me not to stare as it was rude but I couldn't keep myself from staring at Katy. She had fallen asleep after we had an 'awesome' , as she likes to say, conversation.

She was sleeping soundlessly and looked very peaceful. She looked beyond beautiful.

It's like I'm addicted. Seeing her beauty just gets me so high and the hug we shared earlier was amazing. I felt complete. Like in her arms is where I truly belong.

Wow. That was cheesy and cliché. I watched as she stirred in her sleep, looking as if she was trying to find comfort. She then moved and leaned into me, snuggling up against me.

Her action surprised me but I moved on to wrapping my arm around her shoulders and pulling her closer.
