A knock sounded from outside the door slightly waking Justin. Another knock came and Justin was fully awake, telling the person to come in. The door then opened, revealing Amy Silverstone wearing a smile on her face.

"Justin, I am so happy to see you awake. I'm so happy to see you, period." she yelled.

"Mother, I don't think now is the time, please. I came here wanting to see who had taken over my dead pack's territory and finding all of you here? What kind of sick joke were you people playing at? Was I really that unwanted that you could not even tell me to my face that you wanted me gone?" He exclaimed, almost sobbing which woke his sleeping mate up.

"Justin. What's wrong? Why are you shouting," her voice came out groggily as she rubbed her eyes with the back of her hand.

"No, no, I'm sorry for waking you. Nothing is wrong, sweetheart. You can go freshen up if you want to, breakfast is over there," he softly spoke.

Katy could then sense the tension and decided to give the mother and son some space. She kissed Justin on the corner of his mouth and stood from the bed, greeting Amy with a smile and nod which was reciprocated. The eyes of the two people left in the room seemed to follow Katy's form until she disappeared into the bathroom.

"Justin you can get dressed and come downstairs. There is a lot to tell you and to discuss so if you would please  give us a chance to explain." Amy was the first to speak as her body stood frozen in the same position she had been in and as if she had been hit by cold water, she snapped out of her short trance, shook her head and headed for the door that lead to the hallway.

Justin did the exact same thing as Amy, clearly proving that their son and mother title was legitimate. Instead of immediately heading out of the room, however, Justin put on a shirt and edged to the bathroom.

After entering, he knocked on the shower door for Katy to turn off the water and open it.

"Hey," Katy peeked her head out as she did not want to show her whole naked body.

"Babes, the door is made of clear glass so I can still see your body," Justin looked straight in Katy's eyes as he spoke which showed that he was not a perverted threat.

"Shit. Oh yeah, sorry." She mumbled and then opened the door widely but not before covering her privates with her arms and hands.

"Dammit Katy, why are you always doing that? First remove this," he slowly pulled Katy's arm away from her breasts, "and then remove this," he followed by removing Katy's hand from her most private area. "My love, you just cannot keep hiding what's mine away from me, okay?"

Just as Katy was about to nod her head, Justin spoke again, "Actually, it isn't mine. You are not mine."

"I am not?" A confused Katy asked.

"Well there is no mark that proves that you are mine and because we are in a pack filled with a bunch of unmated werewolves, holding your hand or claiming that you are mine does not give a reason to why you cannot be touched or looked at by anyone other than myself. So I have made a decision."

"What's that?"

Justin put his hands on the waist of the girl who was now taller as she stood inside the shower. "You, my love, are not going to leave the room until you bare my mark over," he went on pulling her slowly closer to him until his face reached Katy's neck and began to breath on the area before kissing it with immense gentleness, "here."

Katy gasped and heaved her chest up as she tried to get her breathing normal but that was close to impossible as she could still feel the heat caused by Justin's closeness on her skin.

"Justin," she whispered making the warmth disappear in an instant and almost stumbling at the loss of support.

"Yeah uhm, you know about the food. I am going to be downstairs for a while so there's a tv in the room. Like I said; I cannot have you outside of this room so please do not go against me on this. If you need something, I have my phone in my pocket. I love you but I have to do this on my own, okay?" Justin held onto Katy's shoulders as he waited for her to nod, placing his lips onto hers after she did.

They parted as Justin walked to the door.

"Justin?" Katy called to which a hum was heard from the owner of the name.

"Untuck your shirt please. The whole thing is just not working."

--

"So what you are saying is that the reason why you disappeared so that I could leave the territory was to protect me from the danger that comes with being King Jesse Silverstone's reincarnation?"

Justin could not believe what his father had just told him. He even laughed at him as he was uttering the sentence for the first time and having the elders nod in confirmation only made him wonder how much they were being paid to go along with the story.

"What kind of bullshit is that? How long did it take you guys to come up with the story? To come up with the lie? Exactly why did you do this father? Was it because you wanted to be alpha for a little longer but did not want to kill your own son as that would ruin your reputation? Is that it father? Is that the real reason? Answer me dammit!" His voice had changed to an even deeper one mixed in with a growl as his alpha tone surfaced, meaning that his wolf was close to surfacing as well.

Justin was now angrier than he was when he found out that the whole pack was still alive. He began to stalk closer to his father, not realising that his wolf was now in control, until his hands had been wrapped around the fifty year old man's neck.

Gasps and whispers came from the watching crowd of werewolves as Justin's claws were out while he pushed his father into a wall and lifted him from his feet. The poor man's face was turning red and getting close to a purple colour when arms wrapped themselves around the dominating man.

"Please calm down," Katy sobbed into his back, seemingly working wonders because Justin did exactly as told and let go of his father. He turned around, wrapped his arms around her shoulders and kissed the top of her head.

"Baby I thought I told you not to leave the room," he sighed.

"You cannot expect me to just sit and eat popcorn while you are going out of your mind in here. I am your mate Justin; mark or no mark. You should not be stressing yourself. The pack doctor came by the room and said that your wolf is on edge and if you continue stressing then you're going to pass out again. You might even go into a coma, one that only your wolf can get you out of and you know how difficult that can be when your wolf is emotionally unstable. Please just try to calm down and hear everything they have to say."

--

After Justin had calmed down, his father suggested that him, Justin and Katy go to the library. When they arrived, he took a ladder and guided it to where he could take out a huge ancient book that surprisingly looked taken care of and almost new.

The book contained all generations of the Silverstone pack up until King Jesse, who was the one who started the pack. He was the strongest wolf and alpha in all of the werewolf world even if he only had a pack of five werewolves at the time. His strength and power led him to being the king of all werewolves.

The picture of King Jesse in both human and wolf form showed huge similarities to Justin. As they further went on reading the book, they found a line that stated that King Jesse Silverstone will have a reincarnation after the fiftieth generation.

The reincarnation would have powers that are identical to his if not even stronger. Powers to manipulate water and air, and also powers to heal.

"Justin, this book might be a sacred book but the information that it carries is known by many and they see you as a threat to their dominance. Son, what we did was not out of evil intentions but out of love. We wanted you to meet your mate someday and care for her without having to worry about yours and her safety. I know that you are strong and possibly the strongest werewolf of this time but as your parent; I had to do it."
