Joe

"Are you almost ready?" I asked demi. I was taking her out to a nice dinner to celebrate how successful she was doing on her own.

Demi didn't need barb or anyone else to do her job. Her signed with Island Def Jam Records and began managing herself. She hired me as her publicist.

She's now working on her 5th album all by herself called Space Bound. She's already put out 2 singles and I couldn't be more proud of her.

Demi stepped out of the room and I almost fell to my knees in awe of how beautiful she looked. She wore a long, cross strap, blue dress and her hair was pinned up.

In honor of us being in Paris I was surprising her by booking the top of the eiffle tower. I really hope this goes well.

"You look gorgeous as always," I told her kissing her cheek lightly. She grabbed her gold bracelet that matches her dress and we headed out of the hotel room.

I opened the car door for her and we got in. "So are you gonna tell me were were going?" Demi asked. I shook my head at her. "Nope! This is all a surprise for you," I told her. I grabbed her hand as I drove.

"Ooh, it must be fancy if I can't even have a little hint," she said with a giggle. "Okay, here's your hint. It's something that you'll hopefully remember for the rest of your life," I told her with a grin.

She had a super confused look on her face; which is exactly what I wanted. It'll make the surprise I have planned for her so much better since she doesn't see it coming.

When we got to the Eiffle Tower, we rode the elevator up. "I cant belive you planned something for us here. I've never been here in my entire career!" She squealed.

We finally reached the highest point we could and the elevator doors opened. I helped demi out of them and made sure she could walk carefully without stepping on her dress.

She looked around and her eyes wandered in amazement. "Joe, this is amazing!" She said excitedly.

I had to admit, I did do pretty good thinking what this. I had 3 violin players in the corner playing demi's favorite Kelly Clarkson songs arranged on the violin. I had 2 waiters catering to us, and a table for to beside the edge where we could look out and see all of paris.

"Do you want to sit down?" I asked demi. She nodded taking some pictures of all of this on her iphone. I pulled her chair out for her as she put her phone away.

"Can I interest you two in a bottle of champagne?" One waiter asked us. I was getting really nervous for the evening. I'm pretty sure my hands were shaking as I held up my glass for him to full it for me to drink.

Demi

Dinner was beautiful. The food was great. We had a Traditional French Cassoulet for dinner and it tasted great. As well as the champagne we had.

"So what did you do all this for?" I asked joe once we were finished eating. He smiled.

"Well you've just been doing so great working on your album and everything.  That's your 6th album and you did it all by yourself! Without anyone else's help," He told me.

I smiled. "So I get ALL of this just because I made an album?" I asked.  I find that hard to believe, especially because it's not too challenging for me because I've been doing this since I was 17.

"Well yeah, I also have another reason I did all this," Joe told me. Now I was super confused. What else could he have done all this for? Did he get a promotion?

Joe got up and walked around the small table and turned my body around gently. "What are you doing?" I asked joe simply.

He got down on one knee and grabbed my hands.

"Demi Lovato, you're my girlfriend, my best friend, and my true love. Everyday that I spend with you is like a dream. No matter what bullshit is going on, I always come home with a smile on my face because I get to see that beautiful smile," He told me.

I couldn't help but have a big cheesey grin on my face.

"See, that grin right there!" He told me flatteringly. "You're the only person who knows me like the back of my hand.

When I first joined that tour, I just thought it would be a waste of 2 weeks out of my life. Little did I know I would be meeting the love of my life.

I see life a whole new way because of you. You've shown me what love between a family is like, what love between complete strangers is like. I'm so grateful that you love me; the way you love your family, your friends, and your fans."

He reached in his jacket pocket and pulled out a small Tiff ant's box.

"Demi, will you marry me?" He asked. I nodded. "Yes, yes, a million times yes!" I told him. He placed the ring on my finger and stood up. I kissed him passionately. He really know the way to a girl's heart.

I looked at the pictures I'd taken from that night and put them in a flipagram, as well as a picture of the engagement ring Joe got me.

I opened instagram and posted the video. It's official, we're engaged! I love you more than you'll ever know baby. @joejonas

I clicked post and shared on Twitter and facebook. I know this will get people talking, but I'm just so excited I can't hold it in anymore.

I laid in bed that night thinking about the type of wedding a want. A beach wedding? A classic church wedding?  The possibilities seemed endless.
