Rileys POV

"Youre my Luna, May." I whispered softly.

Her eyes widened and she gasped, she obviously wasnt expecting that answer.

"So does this mean we are gonna get married?" she blurted out.

I chuckled at her embarassed expression as she seemed to realize what she had said.

"I mean, what I meant was...not that but are we-" I cut off her stammering.

"I will marry you in a heartbeat if youll have me. Youre the only girl Ill ever love." I stated honestly.

Her cheeks turned red, but her eyes looked happy.

"Of course Ill have you." She mumbled.

When I heard those words my heart lifted and I grabbed her in a huge hug.

She laughed and hugged me back, her sweet scent surounding me. This was the happiest moment in my entire life.

I pulled back and looked at her face. Her light green eyes were sparkling and her hair was shiny and gorgeous. I leaned in and kissed her soft, pink lips. She wound her slender arms around my neck and ran her fingers through my hair, making me shudder.

A knock on the door made us both jump and break apart.

"Helllooo. Are you both decent?" Emmas voice sang.

I groaned and threw a pillow at the door, making May giggle.

"Go away." I complained.

May hit my chest and scowled at me. She then got up to answer the door.

"Hey Emma." She said as my sister attacked her in a bear hug.

"Omigod I was so worried because.Ry isnt the best at explaining things and I though maybe I should help and then I thought no I shouldnt barge in but then I thought something happened and oh Riley please tell me you told her." She took a deep breath and May laughed, making Emma frown.

I laughed too and grabbed May from my sister, wrapping an arm around her waist.

"Everythings fine, Emma. My gorgeous Luna knows everything, you can say whatever you want." I declared happily.

Emma grinned and kissed May on the cheek. May gave her a small smile.

"Em, we still have to talk about some stuff though." I hinted.

She rolled her eyes but moved towards the door.

"Fine. But shes mine in an hour." She said breezily before skipping out the door.

I turned to my mate.

Mays POV

When he told me I was his Luna, that I was the girl he loves, my heart seemed to swell and threaten to burst out of my chest.

It was so easy to understand now. I love him. More than anything in the world.

It made sense now why whenever he smiled my heart stopped, and when he touched me I get an electric feeling.

Now, after he declared his love, after Emmas excited squealing, Rileys face was serious as he gazed at me intensely.

"May, in four days, youre going to shift," My stomach flipped at his words, "Its going to hurt. A lot. And Im going to help you through it. Ill be by your side the whole time, you dont have to be scared. It only hurts the first time." His words were gentle, but I was shaking like a leaf.

I was never one for pain, and it sounded pretty bad.

He saw my fear and he picked me up and put me in his lap, hugging me tightly.

"Its ok, baby." He whispered into my hair.

After a few moments of silence, the door burst open, slamming against the wall.

Riley stood up and placed me on the bed, growling at the person who had intruded.

"Alpha, Im very sorry for intruding, but there is urgent news. Very urgent." His voice was full of panic.

Riley calmed down a bit, and he turned to me.

"Stay here." He said gently, kissing me on the head.

I nodded, curious as to what the emergency was.

I watch as Riley walked out of the room, his back stiff with tension.

Rileys POV

"This better be really important." I snarled at Lukis.

He bowed his head in apology, some fear on his face.

"Im sorry, sir but it is. There are rogues circling our territory. They want one of there own, and they wont leave. Whenever we get close enough to them, they scatter. But they keep coming back. I think theyre planning something." He spoke quickly and quietly.

I growled and cussed, hitting the wall. Damn rogues.

"Wheres my father?" I demanded.

"Hes downstairs, sir. Waiting for you."he reported.

I ran my hands through my hair.

"Send Matt to watch over my Luna. Ill go deal with this. Those rogues are as good as dead." I snarled.

Mays POV

About fifteen minutes after Riley had left, the door opened.

"Riley?" I asked warily.

I heard a chuckle.

"No Im Matt. Im Rileys second in command." He said, coming to sit beside me.

I looked at him. He was tall and muscular, with jet black hair and piercing blue eyes.

He was very attractive, he looked to be about seventeen.

"Oh. Sorry, I thought he was coming back." I was surprised that my voice wasnt shy, he was a type of guy you feel comfortable around.

He grinned and sprawled out on Emmas couch, kicking off his sandals.

"No big deal. Riley asked me to watch you for a bit, and I really wanted to meet the beauty who Rileys so whipped for," he winked, "Now I can see why."

My face heated up and I laughed at that.

"Watch? I dont need to be watched. Im perfectly capable of taking care of myself." I snorted.

Matt laughed and rolled his eyes.

"Well, Mr. Imawhippedshit doesnt seem to think so."

I laughed really hard at that name, my eyes tearing up.

"Mr. Imawhippedshit? Cant wait to try that one out on him." I muttered.

"Go ahead. But I had nothin to do with it." He declared.

"Where is Riley?" I asked, just now realizing he was to occupied to see me.

A tiny bit of panic crept onto Matts face, but it was gone in a second.

"Dont you worry, sweet pea. Hes got some things to take care of." He said casually.

I narrowed my eyes, but he changed the subject.

Riley was going to have to do some explaining when he gets back.
