Since Tabitha and Seth got together, they began spending a lot of their time alone with each other. This brought Kimberly and Elias even closer, and they became such good friends that they themselves were almost inseparable. Elias had spent a lot of time with Kimberly before, but it became a lot more time thanks to the relationship between Seth and Tabitha. This is one of the very few reasons that Elias is thankful that they got together. To him, it was almost like having a little sister - though he knew he would never replace Seth as Kimberly's favourite brother.
