"So after he started to travel, he became blind you see? He decided that nothing was as important as changing the past. Nothing to him is worth living for." Catrina said.

"Except going insane." Calvin said. Gabby shot him a menacing look, and he in turn was quiet.

"Ryan was always a good kid growing up, but his mother was as evil as a witch trying to boil kids in soup." She said. "I've known Ryan all of my life. He had a twin brother, he was adopted by two other parents because the mother couldn't handle both of them after they were six years old. When he meets new people he doesn't really bother to tell them he has a brother. The only reason I know is I watched the other boy get adopted. Collin, that's your dad."

"I knew that my dad was adopted, I didn't know he had a brother." Collin said surprised. "Wow, I have a crazy uncle."

"He didn't go crazy until right before he found time travel." She said. "He was basically a very bad off kid. It wasn't until he was ten that Catrina, his mother had started to abuse alcohol, prescription pain killers, and Ryan. Ryan was being abused by his mother. If not physically than it was mentally. She would comment on something and make him feel like be was as low as ever. He tried to please her, but he didn't consider that she was harming herself and she needed just as much help as he did. She was a lonely lady, no friends, all her family had disowned her, everything was falling into pieces for her. She realized what she done to Ryan, and she felt bad, but she never admitted it. She never acknowledged it like he wished she would. She kept on abusing her system and Ryan, he finally moved out and bought the old light house on the shore for his house. When he walked in, he found the time machine. He fixed it up, cleaned it and figured out how to work it. After he traveled back one time, he made your dad leave you and your brother Collin. And he never wrote about it because he didn't have the journal at the time. His first travel was to the past so he could break up his brothers family up. He succeeded, by getting into an argument with your mother and posing as your dad. Then, he murdered your father, with someone else's hands."

"So, you're saying that my father..... He's... Dead...?" Collin questioned as he sat straight up in a chair cuffed to the rails and legs. He started to cry, as he put his head down and whispered, "no... No... No... This can't be true."

I have never seen Collin cry. And when I did just now, I felt his pain, I knew how he felt every time I cried. Every feeling I have ever felt came back. And as much as I wanted to get up out of this prison chair, I could not. I wanted to comfort him so badly that it was putting cuts and bruises on my ankles and wrists. I was bleeding, and I was in pain. I had my head down, tears were coming off of my face, and landing in the cuts.

"Vienna.. Please... Stop. I, I don't want to lose you too. Please, don't struggle. You will get out of here soon enough. I promise. Just, don't. Don't get hurt, it's not your fault my father is dead." Collin said so sincere.

"After he murdered your father, he did not hesitate to take revenge on your biological grandmother. He got her straight and she thanked him and apologized for everything she had ever done to him. She said, "Ryan, I wish I would have given you up too, just like Oliver. Thank you so much for taking care of me like I never did for you. I'm sorry." After she said that, she went in her room and fell asleep. He then had someone else burn down her house, with her inside. He watched as she banged on the window, that just so happened to be bulletproof, but you could see through it as clear as day. He stood five feet from the burning house watching her as her skin burnt away and all that was left were burn marked bones. The fire department came in their smaller truck and asked if he knew that the life alert had alerted them, and he said, "it was probably hit by a broken beam, my mother hasn't lived here for a really long time." They left, and when the house was done burning, it was a big pile of ash and a few surviving windows and some floor. He dug a grave that was at least seven or eight foot deep, he put on gloves and buried her bones with small pieces of skin still stick to them. Her face was half burnt off and all of her hair was gone but a few strands here and there. She was a very badly burnt victim. She was put through fiery torture just like she had burnt him with cigarettes and bleach. He placed all the dirt in her grave, and planted a flower garden in its place. The only thing left of her house is the floor. It didn't have one scratch on it. He cut pieces and made it into a gazebo. Now it's basically a park, with dead bodies right feet under."

"Did he bury my father there?" Collin asked.

"No, he had a proper burial for him. Closed casket and different last name. Ryan, olivia, and I were the only ones to attend. He is buried in West Virginia. His name is Oliver humton."

"I'll visit sometime. I didn't know it was my father, I just thought the first name and birthday were coincidences."

"So, he's a murderer?" Calvin asked.

"Yes." Catrina replied.

So this is the part where our friends come into place. Here we are, trapped? How do you think it will turn out? Read on!

"Hey, where are the others?" Justin said. "Merida?? Hey merida!" He yelled.

"Vienna, Collin! You guys, where are you?" Jessica said.

"Alex, Trent's gone too." Hunter said.

They looked out of the window to the balcony as the rain was pouring down upon New York City.

"Hey, guys. I know where they are." Alex said. "Just you guys, go. I have a feeling something is up with Trent. I will come a little later."

"Okay." Justin said.

Justin, hunter, and Jessica walked on, leaving Alex behind. They strolled across the road and then ran to the gate that was surprisingly unlocked. They walked inside the manor and looked around. They saw what we saw, the reds, blues, all accented. The only thing they did not see was the couple blue glasses that broke in the process of the fake earth quake.

"Okay." Justin said. "This is how it's gonna go." He began to whisper a plan to them. When they got to the upstairs, nothing happened. So they continued.

They heard foot steps so they ran behind a very handy wall.

"Hey isn't that Trent?" Hunter said, extremely quietly. "What is he doing freely walking?"

"Maybe, now just bear with me here sugar puff..." Jessica trailed off, "what if, he."

"Go on Jessica we don't have all day!" Justin said in a whisper.

"What if he's the bad guy in this?"

"Ohh. Yea that could make sense. But why would he help Ryan?" Hunter said.

"I don't know sugar puff, looks like we're going to find out." Justin said.

Jessica just stared at him until he told them to move. They were five feet away from us. Then the unthinkable happens. Hunter trips. He falls face first into my lap. And they get caught.

"No wonder she didn't come." Justin said whispering.
