Kion was shocked. His own mate didn't even know who he was. Kiara said", umm Sage let's go to sleep". Sage said", okay bye umm..", Kion said", my name is Kion". Sage said ", oh yeah bye kion". Kion said in a sad voice", Bye Sage". He looked depressed. His heart was now broken now that his mate didn't know who he was.
In the morning...
Sage and Kiara got up and started running around. Kion was just walking and sat next to a lake. Sage saw how sad he was so she walked up to him and said", what's wrong"? Kion said", oh nothing just"- I don't know". Sage said", aww cheer up Kion you are always like this even the time I met you". Those words struck him. Kion said", wait Sage say that again". Sage said", I said aww cheer up Kion you are always like this even the time I met you".
Kion said", tell me more about me". Sage said", okay, you are funny, kind, sweet, brave, cute, loving and the one lion cub I love". Kion said" aww thanks Sage you got your memory back"! He tackled her in a hug and licked her cheek. He said", do you remember who I am"?
Sage said", of course I remember you ,you are my mate, why what happened"?
Kion said", ohh ummm do you remember the time when we were playing truth or dare"?
Sage said", oh yeah".
Kion said", yeah well Kovu dared you to hold your breath for 30 seconds under water and yeah after 30 seconds you didn't come up from under water". Sage said ",hoh oh umm wow I can't believe I would accept a dare like that". Kion said", well it's a good thing you are here with me". he said nuzzling her. She said", awww thanks Kion your so sweet". Kion said", ha, I know I am". He said blushing.
Kion and Sage headed back to pride rock and went to sleep peacefully sleeping next to each other.
Kion then saw someone and said", meet me in the jungle tomorrow".
The person said", okay tomorrow it is". Sage heard what he said but then she quick went back to bed until tomorrow morning.
