Chapter 24

In the morning the pride woke up and doing their assigned jobs.

Kions POV

I woke up and heard a little playful sound. I looked over and saw Sage. She was just sleeping. Then she is still sleeping with her head turned. Then I see her holding something in her paws. I see a little cub. I look shocked. I glance over at her flat stomach then touch it. I didn't feel anything only her breathing.

I thought is this a dream? Is this really happening? am I in a fairytale? But I figured that is was real life.

No ones POV

Sage started to wake up. She felt her cub squirming around in her arms. She looked to her left and saw Kion. She nuzzled him. Kion said"Sage is this true?" "Yes Kion it is true". He jumped for joy and licked her cheek. "What's his name?" "I'm not going to tell you yet". Sage said. "Please". Sage put her cub aside. She said "nope".

Kion jumped on her and pinned her down. "Please?" Sage sighed. "Fine I'll tell you, his name is Chase".
Kion licked her face once again and said" that's a beautiful name Sage". "I know it is".

Kiara came and saw both if them on the ground. Kion got off of her and Sage ran to Kiara. She said" Hey Sage, are you okay, I heard you scream last night".
"Oh I'm better than okay I had my cub last night!" "Wow Sage that's incredible, can I see him?" "Sure". Sage said. "But he is sleeping". Kiara crept next to Chase. "Aww he's so cute!" Kiara gushed. "I know he is".

Sage slowly picked him up and brought him inside pride rock and showed him to everyone. Everyone was happy even Savannah.

(Timeskip why cause I'm really lazy)

Sage left Chase with her sister and Kiara.
Kion and Sage just took a walk into the jungle. They sat under a tree and were just talking and having fun. They both missed having fun with each other. As unexpected, Kion pinned Sage and just looked in her green eyes. He fell in love with her once again. She looked into is reddish brown eyes and fell in love with him again. They both purred of delight and started nuzzling each other. By the time they knew it was night time. They watched the sunset together and kissed as the sunset went down. They both walked back to the lion guard lair with chase in Sage's arms. Kion went next to her and nuzzled her. He cuddled next to both of them. They all went to sleep.
