I Always Want What I Cant Have: A Cody Simpson Love Story

Surprise? Ya, right.

Hey guys! Sorry it's a little late but school just started again and I'm crazy busy! And I just wanna apologize for the typos in the last chapter, and any in the future. At the time I was writing that chapter in the orthodontist's office- lol. And I've written this whole book on my iPhone. So ya :) and I PROMISE I will not leave you hanging. I'm not going to give up on this book. Maybe chapters will be a little late- but be patient! They will come!

"No no no no! Don't call the cops!" Jake yelled. "It's not a robber! It's a surprise we had for you guys!"

Cody and I exchanged a glance of confusion. What was he talking about?

"Remember how at the party, we were acting all suspicious and gone the whole time?" Maci questioned.

Cody and I slowly nodded. We were still a little bit curious about the stranger sitting in my living room. But it didn't seem like a stranger to Cody. It seemed like he was anxious to see this familiar person.

"Cody- remember Alexcis? Course you do. Well she came as a plus one with Kyra's friend Avery to the party. We ran in to each other and started talking. Turns out her family owns a Vacation Club!" Jake excitedly explained.

"What are you getting to?" I asked, becoming irritated at the way Cody looked at this "Alexcis".

"She's taking us all to Hawaii!" Maci excitedly butted in.

I tried to smile and cheer but I was so confused. Between the concusion an the stranger standing in my living room offering to take me to Hawaii it all seemed way too strange.

"Wait," I asked ubruptly, "How do you guys know each other?"

Cody looked down at his shoes and wasn't budging.

"Weve all been buds. Cody and Alexcis were boyfriend and girlfriend for a pretty long time too," Jake explained.

My face started to turn red- this was WAY to strange.

Your boyfriend's ex doesn't just offer to take you and your friends to Hawaii without SOMETHING going on there. It just doesn't work that way.

I must've looked a little irriated because Maci shot me a look.

"Uhh, Thank you," I said coldly. "Sorry it's just I'm still in shock. It's been a crazy day. I think I'm gonna go lie down."

I turned to Cody to give him a peck on the lips, but he was totally zoned out, staring at Alexcis.

He snapped back an leaned to give me a kiss on the cheek, to which I bitterly walked away before he could, nudging his shoulder on the way.

This just did not add up. This Alexcis girl had something planned- and I was more than positive that it involved MY Cody.

Anyone see that coming? Uh oh! Here comes drama! So I know it was short, but what's going to happen next needs it's own chapter. So be on the lookout bcuz a new chappie is coming sooner then usual :)
