I Always Want What I Cant Have: A Cody Simpson Love Story

Hey everyone:) I just wanted to make one thing clear before posting this chapter. I've been getting dozens of requests lately to lengthen chapters moslty, and some requesting more frequent uploads. Please, if anything, understand that I do try. I really, really do. I don't just forget to upload - and it's not that i don't feel like it. I always want to write this story- believe me. I am always thinking about new plot twists and characters and scenes. No matter where I am. Buy I'm so incredibly busy guys! I just started school again. I'm taking ALL AP classes, which leaves hours of homework per night. In addition, I play for the schools basketball team! We practice 3 hrs a day, every day. So basically I'm at school from 7am-6pm. And you add in the half hour drive home. So as you can see I'm so busy that when I do write for this I cherish it and try to use it to my best ability. To be completely honest with you guys- I didn't think I would be able to even continue the story. I thought I'd have to end it because of the lack of time I have to write. But I saw how much y'all love it- so I couldn't do that. So please, please, please! Understand that I try my best with this story. And if that isn't enough for you, then I'm truly sorry.

I heard Cody begin to pound on the door in frustration. "C'mon Kyra! We just fell asleep for God's sake! Nothing is going on! I can't believe you don't trust me!"

I sobbed quietly. I felt so embarassed. I had just completely frustrated an annoyed my boyfriend. I had never been the emotional type, either.

"Cody," I whined. My god, I sounded pathetic. Like a five year old little girl who didn't get a new scooter. "Promise me- you feel absolutely nothing for her!"

A long silence was the only answer I got. Every second felt like ten minutes. And just when I thought I was going to break down, he spoke up.

"Kyra- I promise, you are the only girl I love. Or for the matter, the only girl I have ever loved. And the only one I ever will. Alexcis is nothing to me the way that you are. An that will never change."

I swung the door open and collapsed in to his arms.

He wrapped them around me firmly in an embrace. I could sense he was still a little tense.

Shortly afterward, we landed in Honolulu.

I plastered a fake smile on my face even though I knew everybody knew I was worried. I didn't excacty know why either.

Cody pulled me in to him ubruptly and kissed me passionately. I was a little shocked to be honest. His kisses were so refreshing. They could instantly change my mood.

He took my hand and we began walking to the hotel lobby.

Maybe I had been going about this way wrong. I mean, here we were in Hawaii with our best friends, and I'm just complaining about a bunch of stuff Im suspicious about. I just need to cool down.

Once we all got situated in our rooms we decided to meet at this restaurant called The Fire Pit for an early dinner.

Us girls had our own huge Suite and Cody and Jake shared one as well.

I picked out a floral strapless tank and some white shorts as well as a flower to put in my hair.

"You know," Alexcis said, "You are drop dead gorgeous!"

It was really the first thing Alexcis had ever said to me.

"Thank you," I replied with a smile.

"In fact, you're probably the prettiest girl Cody has ever dated. Out of the whole bunch of them, I think your prettiest!" Alexcis exclaimed with a emphasis on the "whole bunch".
