The room was shrouded in darkness by the time Andreas finally woke. Sin was still in his arms, her head resting in the crook of his neck, her eyes fluttering awake nearly at the same moment Andreas' opened.

He leaned down and placed a kiss on her forehead. "I'd say morning, but I don't think we are quite there yet," he murmured, his lips grazing her skin.

She chuckled sleepily, snuggling into him more. "Oh well."

"All the same, I'm hungry. Didn't really get a chance to eat if you hadn't noticed." He started sitting up, despite her sounds of protests. She latched onto him, trying to keep him in place. He relented and gazed into her eyes. "You are telling me that you don't want food?"

He rolled until he was hovering over her. She smiled, her expression still groggy. She lifted a hand and brushed his hair back. "If you can make food appear on a table, you can make a table and food appear on this bed so I don't have to move."

He kissed her nose. "In case you also didn't notice, my energy still hasn't returned. So, that is not an option."

"Then you should sleep more," she smiled brightly before closing her eyes.

Andreas simply grinned and climbed off the bed. "No, love, I need to eat."

Sin made a childish sound of protest. "You can stay in bed if you'd like?" Andreas said with an arched brow.

She grudgingly clambered out of bed. "Then I'd feel lazy," she mumbled.

Andreas caressed her cheek, trying to fight his grin. "You are lazy, so it doesn't matter." His kissed her before she could protest, pulling her body flush with his.

She moaned in mock outrage, but melted into him.

After a moment, he pulled back. "I really am hungry." He sighed, his eyes on her, gazing at her with a different kind of hunger all together.

She groaned. "Responsibility." She made a disgusted sound and tried to slip out of his arms. "Come on then. Food it is." He held on to her and within seconds they were standing in the dining room.

No one else was yet seated, but the other people in the house had started to trickle in at that moment, their eyes on Andreas and Sin in his arms. He made no move to let her go.

She arched a brow up at him, also making no move to leave his embrace. "If you aren't going to just appear food, then you have to cook it. So we should be in the kitchen -- your aim is off, love."

He nuzzled her nose with his. "Lana and Kalen have already taken care of that."

"Oh really?" She sounded slightly offended. "I thought Violet wasn't cooking anymore."

Andreas chuckled. "He wasn't going to do it simply because you told him to. Like myself, he's not good at following orders. You're going to have to get used to that, love."

"Hah. You're funny."

"And you are welcome to try. You simply won't succeed."

Casian walked up at that moment, the dragon perched on his shoulder. "You two really should get a room," he said, pointing a finger at them with a bright grin.

Sin narrowed her eyes at him. "I wanted to stay in bed. He's hungry."

Andreas looked down at her again, both hungers mingling into one. "Hmm... I could get everyone to leave and we'd have the place to ourselves...?"

"And where exactly are we all supposed to go? I don't think the villagers would be too happy to see us," Thorn said from where he leaned against the doorpost, his tone tense as if he was forcing it to be light.
