That evening, Andreas decided it would be fitting for them to walk into the dining room after everyone was already seated. Thorn would be the only one to know that they had gotten married -- unless he took it upon himself to inform everyone, but Andreas couldn't really see the elf actually wanting everyone to know that little piece of information.

It had definitely not been how Andreas had seen the day going. But Sin had looked so smug, like she had finally surprised him, tricked him. He couldn't have that. So, he had to do something to shock her. The last thing she would have been expecting.

Turned out it was the absolute last thing he had been expecting as well.

And now they were married.

Gods, he was married.

Andreas never thought he'd see the day. What Rash would have said to this. They had been right.

He was married to Sin.

The thought was going to take some getting used to, but he found that he liked it. That they now shared a name and a life, officially. He wasn't sure how it worked in her world, or if she'd accept his family name, so before they entered the dining room, he paused, and cupped her face between his hands. The big, gorgeous smile she had graced him with after he'd told her his vows was still on her lips. It made his heart skip. There was no pain or darkness in it. Just, joy.

"I didn't get to ask, in your world, do you take my name?" He asked her, leaning his forehead against hers.

She nodded a little against him. "I do," she said.

"Very well then, Mrs. Grigoli. Let's go give everyone a heart attack." A blush colored her cheeks -- and he was as fascinated and entranced by it as he'd always been -- her grin growing wider.

She was bursting with so much happiness. It was infectious and Andreas couldn't help but smile at her in return.

They walked through the doors and they moved to sit down in their chair. All the eyes in the room followed them as Sin once again sat on his lap. She didn't appear to be comfortable elsewhere anymore.

Raiden merely looked amused, his whole stance very casual. Thorn was smirking -- though the expression was completely forced to Andreas' observant eyes -- and the others eyed them curiously.

Casian was still moody and upset -- with good reason, Andreas relented. The dragon lord was covered in bruises Andreas had refused to heal, and there were even patches of burnt skin on his forearms and back. Thorn's flames must truly have been something powerful to burn that which could not be burned.

At least Andreas now felt better.

Casian, however, had not been happy. He hadn't spoken to Andreas since, had barely even looked at him. Andreas was really going to have to fix that. Eventually.

Perhaps after they found Sky and the child -- if they were both even still alive. Andreas chose not to think about it now, knowing it would do away with his current good mood. He just needed a few more hours.

Despite Casian's anger, he too was watching Andreas and Sin now.

Andreas picked up two goblets filled with wine and handed one to his wife -- yes, he was going to get used to that. Who would have thought that the idea of having a wife would not feel like the trap and cage he once thought it would. He owed Skylar an apology. A massive one. He held out the goblet to the table. "May I introduce the new Mrs. Grigoli," he announced with a smirk and took a drink from the goblet. Sin followed suit.

He heard Casian choke on something, Kalen just stared dumbfounded, and Thorn, beneath that fake smirk looked like he was about to kill someone. Lana and Caelei -- who had moved from her usual seat to sit next to Raiden -- on the other hand, while surprised, didn't react too strongly. And Raiden didn't seem affected at all, just casually drinking his wine.
