Just like Eleanor and my dad, I poked at the vegetables in front of me. Mother decided to go for a homemade healthy dish. Which meant for us: giving everything to Panda, our dalmation dog, and ordering some fast food later, while I would go for some healthy salad. Everything was better than this homemade dish.

But today was different. I abscently put some vegetables into her mouth, not really focusing on the taste or smell. Her thoughts always found their way to the same spot in the middle of her mind. The new guy.

I didn't even know his name. Actually, I knew nothing about him. I knew he had been rude to me, and than been nice, just to be rude again. Guessing the boy might be bipolar, maybe something about his past haunted him to be rude like that. Cleo had told her he had a bad reputation, did he lose his temper often? Was I lucky he had only been rude to me? But why did he, I didn't do anything wrong. There must be a reason wouldn't it? But than again, why had he taken me home. Why hadn't he taken advantage of me while I was unconcsious, like most of those guys would. There wasn't one minute in the day, I wouldn't think of him and all the questions around him.

I sighed as I continued poking my food, mind in a completely different world than the people around the table. Some typical subject caught me off guard.

“There is a new guy in town, and he has a bad reputation.”

I snapped my head up and looked at dad, hoping to find some new information.

“He moved into the same building as Cleo, just two weeks ago. It took him months to convince the supervisory board back in Chesire that he wanted to take a new start and leave the town. Yet we have to keep an eye on him inhere. He wants to leave his past behind. His name is Harry Styles. Belle baby please, be carefull when you're around Cleo. I want you to stay away from him, as far as possible. He's dangerous”

My heart started pounding against my ribcage, hoping no one could hear it as loud as I did. My dad just asked me to stay away from the new guy, Harry.

I had met loads of bad guys at the office where my dad worked. My dad only took care, and actually knew about the 'dangerous' ones. The guys that killed people, or attempted to kill. The ones who were insane and apparently Harry was part of them and it frightened me, I was in his bed, only a few nights before.

I nodded towards my dad and shot him a small smile. “Don't worry.” I spoke, more trying to convince myself instead of him.

I shifted in my seat impatiently, I had to see Cleo.

*********

“So you're saying the new guys helped you when you were passed out?” Cleo sucked on her fingers, receiving as much taste she could from the gracy fries she was eating, again.

I Nodded, dropping a strawberry in my mouth.

“Maybe he isn't as bad as we though he was.” She napped her gaze up to me when I accidently choked on my strawberry.

“That's what you get from all that healthy food.” She reached out to poke my cheek but I could swat it away right before the gracy finger touched my soft skin.

“Harry is worse than we thought.” I spoke, my tone way more serious than Cleo's. She widened her eyes, that knit her brows together in a frown and shook her head.

“But you just said he helped you and didn't touch you or anything?” She sounded confused, but I didn't blame her.

“Dad knows about him.” I explained.

She raised her eyebrow, dropping the last few fries into her mouth. “Your dad only knows about the dangerous ones.”

She didn't get it, probably too focused on the taste in her mouth.
