It had been nearly two weeks since I've last seen Harry, and I was glad I did. I had tried to stop thinking about him, and whenever I did, I just pushed the scary memories from our last conversation and the thinking immediately stopped.

I had asked Pam everyday if Lux would becoming and if she did, I had the chance to take days off or come later, but she barely did. I avoided going to Cleo, instead she came to mine or we went down to Scott's club. If we noticed Harry, we would quickly turn around and head towards Cleo's flat.

It was Friday now and Cleo was going on family reunion for a week, meaning I had to 'take care' of her flat and live there for the week. Still praying I could avoid Harry.

I was at childcare now, last day of the week yet again. Friday shifts were always the hardest. On Fridays, Lola would come over. Lola was the youngest of all kids, and the hardest to handle. Yet I was the only one she didn't cry with, which lead me to taking care of her all day. Lola just started crawling, leaving her being the only one who couldn't walk or take small steps yet. Causing a risk for the others to step on her small fingers, that's why we had to seperate Lola from the others. Leading to another drama that was my brother not seeing me.

Like I said, Friday was the hardest, no wonder I was worked out once I arrived home.

I sighed when I took Lola in my arms and brought her in the seperate room behind glass. I slid her a bib around her small neck and placed her in the baby seat in front of me, taking a chair so I was on almost the same level. I tried to feed her but she wouldn't open her mouth fully. She would curl her lips up and smile at me, almost as if she was laughing at me.

“Oh c'mon Lolaaa.” I whined, not really in the mood since today was the first day I had to take care of Cleo's flat and probably seeing Harry again.

When she finally opened her mouth I was relieved, it almost felt like she knew I wasn't in the mood for her games. That was until she spat all her baby food back on my chest.

I dropped the small spoon as a reflex, causing her to giggle even more. I groaned as I saw the orange coloured mess on my plain white top, leaving some stains I'll probably never be able to wash out.

“Aliceeee.” I called out opening the door. She soon walked over to me as she noticed my desperate tone. “Did you bring another top with you?” I asked innocently.

She smiled down at the orange stains which covered my chestpart of my top.

“Sure, will be back in a minute.”

I shot her a friendly smile before she turned away, only to come back with a new one mere minutes later.

“Thank you, you're an angel.” I pulled my shirt over my head and I felt eyes on me when I was now only in my bra, nothing covering my belly. I quickly grabbed the shirt out of Alice's hands and pulled it over my body and that was right when I heard Pam calling my name.

I saw her standing at the entrance, talking to a rather tall guy which had a small girl supported on his right arm and a beanie coverin the bac of his head. I tried to adjust my top since it showed an amount of clevage, just a little to much to my liking. “Oh there she is.” Pam said, rather nervously and I questioned why.

Yet the question was quickly answered when the male turned around. My eyes widened at the sight in front of me. Did he just ask for me?

Lux immediately stretched out her tiny arms to clench around my neck. I picked her up from Harry's arm and supported her on mine instead. I glanced up at him, trying to avoid his piercing gaze but it was hard. I didn't look up for one second and his eyes already had met mine. I turned back to Pam.
