Friday was finally here! I was so so excited. Walking to my closet, I stood in front of it deciding on what to wear.

I finally decided to wear a gold extra long tee with a black long tights and a black converse.

Glancing at my phone on the bed,
I checked the time it said 7:30 pm.

I suddenly went paranoid. The party was at eight, and if Natasha wasn't here before that,I would personally kill her .

After getting dressed, I texted her:
m:where r u girl?
n:at home .I'm almost ready I'm wrapping Adrian's present.
m: u should have done that already but hurry tho ,I don't want to be late.

with that ,I put down my phone and and put on the finishing touches on my makeup.

Taking up my sling-bag I dropped my phone and Adrian's present in it and headed downstairs.

Reaching out he bottom step, and seeing only dad, I asked him where was mom and violet.

"they've gone to watch a movie,is there any thing you wanted to ask them ?"

He questioned. "no dad, just curious" I said . "ok Have fun and no funny business young lady!"

"Yes dad" I chuckled as I opened the door. Walking through the front gate , I turned on the road that Natasha lived on.

Suddenly a pair of small petite hands was put over my face . I would know those hands any where.

"Natasha!" I yelled ." what !" she yelled back .

"goodness knows how long I've been waiting for for you " "I'm sowry"

she said in toddler's voice . "ok I forgive you. but come on we're almost late. "

We quickly started on our way to Adrian's house .

Upon reaching his house, I started to run my fingers through my hair like I always do when I'm nervous .

"um ,midnight" Natasha stated ." yeah?" I answered shakily ." we're here"

I walked up to the front door and rang the doorbell. As the door opened, I saw Adrian in the doorway.

"Hey guys! " he said ." happy birthday! " we both said in unison .

"thanks guys, come on in". He said ushering us into the party.

" rad party dude-" a random guy said . I turned to look at him ," do you even know that guy?"

" Yeah" Adrian replied, " must be one of my cousins or something."

" I think I'll go get some punch, I'm dying of thirst."
Natasha said. "ok" I said back.

Adrian turned around to face me;"wanna dance?"he said arching his left eyebrow ."sure" I replied , but it came out more like a question.

just as we were walking into the living room area to dance,I bumped into the door frame and I tripped.
"gotcha" Adrian said as he lifted me from falling on my face.

"thanks " I added , feeling my cheeks heating up as he turned me around.

And he looked into my eyes ,and they flickered to their true aqua colour,and also looked in his and I was surprised that his changed from a brown to a almost sea-green colour.

We stood there transfixed to each other's eyes for about a full minute. And then he said " I've finally found my girl."
