I went in the kitchen; there were quite some students over there. I had my breakfast and made my way to English Literature class. I met Valentino on my way and he offered to accompany me to my class which I accepted(he insisted.) Everyone in the hall looked at me as if I was an alien or a weirdo. Yeah, I'm a bit of a weirdo. I entered the class only to find all eyes on me.
The teacher looked at me and smiled while the others just looked at me with the 'You're a weirdo' look. The teacher who was a lady around in her 50's with some strands of grey hair, said to me:''You must be Angelina. Hi, I'm Mrs. Lewi. Please take a seat.'' There was only two free seats at the back. I went to sit at the back of the class. Mrs. Lewi started explaining.
After sometime, someone with a leather jacket barged in. Mrs. Lewi said sarcastically:''We were just waiting for you, Demon. What's your excuse for today, dear? Oh, let me guess, your alarm din't ring?'' ''Nope'' he said popping the 'p'. ''That was last week's excuse. It's in my destiny to be late, i guess.'' he said, shrugging his shoulders. Everyone muffled their laughs. There was a smirk plastered on his face. ''Whatever'' Mrs. Lewi said and continued with the class.
Demon turned and his smirk was replaced with an emotionless face as soon as he saw me sitting at the back. He walked and sat beside me. The girls sent me death glares while I just ignored them. All through the class, none of us tried to have a conversation with each other. We were both quiet. When the bell rang, I was the last one to get out. There were a group of girls talking outside the class. i walked past them.
Suddenly one of the girls called out:" Hey new girl!" I turned around and saw them smirking at me. I had watched enough films to know what type of girls they were; bimbos. I smirked at them and they all stopped smirking, confused. i turned and continued my walk at the same pace.
