Chapter 12: Playing with the bad boys.

The boys including Demon were all sitting down on the grass , behind the gymnasium. ''So you already knew about us, Angel?'' Lexis asked. ''Yeah, it was quite evident from the way your eyes changed color shades.'' I replied. I knew the reality since the first time I met them. ''You do know who you are?'' Valentino asked after some silent minutes. ''YupP'' I said popping the 'p'. I laid down on the grass, beside Demon. I spaced out, looking at the sky. The others also laid down. There was a comfortable silence between us. 

''I want to play.'' I said getting up. ''Play what?'' they all asked, confused, sitting down.  ''Lexis...I said smirking. ''Catch us!'' I started running. Valentino got up first then the others followed. Demon who was the last one to get up had a smile on his face. ''It's not fair!'' Lexis screamed running after us. We all laughed. Lexis caught Dave who then caught David. David was running behind me but I started running faster and ran behind Valentino. David caught Valentino instead of me. Valentino looked at me and smirked. He ran behind me....and I made him run in rounds. He then gave up, and ran behind Demon and managed to catch him after  many rounds. 

''Am tired.'' Valentino said and fell on the grass. ''Me too.'' The others said and fell. ''Demon, catch Angel for us, please. She made me run so much!'' Valentino whined. I just stick my tongue out at him. ''Sure guys.'' was his reply. He started running behind me. I slowed down a bit when he was about to catch me. I ran out of his way and he fell down, face first to the ground. The boys, who were sitting on the grass, were laughing his head off. ''Angel!'' he said getting up, in an authoritative voice that sent shivers down my spine. ''Demon!'' I mimicked, sticking out my tongue at him. ''Catch me.'' I said, sprinting. ''My pleasure.'' he said, smirking. He started running faster and caught me by the waist by surprise. We both fell down and rolled on the grass. The others clapped their hands and chirped happily. ''Well done Demon.'' There were wolf whistles also from Dave and David...

Demon was on me. I saw a glint in his eyes which quickly disappeared. My heart was beating faster. From the exhaustion? I don't think so. ''You're heavy.'' I whined, trying to push him off me. He was pure muscle-material. He laughed but didn't get up. ''Am too tired to get up, unfortunately.'' he said, smirking down at me. His hands were at each sides of my head. ''Well in that case am really sorry for what am gonna do.''.....
