I woke up to find a sleeping Demon on my chair. He was the same. Those lips, I missed their touch, their feel, their taste. I looked at the clock on my table. It was already 9 in the morning.I was already late for class. I tried getting up from bed but the pain started suddenly. Demon's eyes fluttered open and he quickly stood up. He helped me. His hands were on my shoulders. I shivered at his touch. He looked down at me. He led me to the bathroom. I quickly brushed my teeth and washed my face.

''Class?'' I asked, awkwardly, getting out. ''Mr. Peterson won't mind if you rest today.'' He replied. He again held me. I sat down on my bed, slowly. ''Thanks. I don't know why you helped me but thanks, anyways.'' I said in a whisper. ''You're welcome.'' he replied, before going to bring breakfast. In the meanwhile I changed my clothes. I changed into a pair of black jeans and black dress. I heard the door open when I was trying to zip my dress up. It was difficult for me to zip it as it was still aching.

''Let me help you.'' he said, putting the breakfast on the table. I heard his footsteps approaching me. My heart rate began spiking. His hands brushed my skin. He was only helping me for humanity's sake. Right? But why was I shivering at his touch? Why is my heart pounding against my rib cage? Is this what love is?  We sat and ate together, in silence. I tried my best to hide the pain. ''How did you get that cut?'' He asked, breaking the silence. I frowned. I had already replied to this question yesterday. ''I already told you, I got it in training.'' I replied. ''Tell me the truth.'' He said in finality. We were making eye contact. ''It's the truth.'' I said, my voice firm. For one second I saw his eyes change. ''Hmm. Anyways, how are you feeling, now?'' he asked. ''Better.'' I replied.
