People would love to be him; most guys dream of being him; all girls dream of being with him. Jung Daehyun was loved by all. He was rich, had amazingly good looks, and had his future set for him; being the son of a very successful company, yet I hated my life.

All Daehyun's so called "friends" were fakes. He knew they only wanted to be near him because of the money. All his girlfriends were with him because of his good looks, money, and because they wanted to marry someone who had it all, which was him. He hated it and life so very much.

Daehyun wanted a normal life with friends who stayed with him when he needed them and played video games when they were bored. Who went out and got drunk with him even though they were under age. He wanted someone who didn't only say he was "sexy" or "hot." He wanted someone that cared about his feelings too. Isn't that what teen boys were suppose to want?

What made it worse was that his dad was talking about marrying him off soon. He was only nineteen years old and his dad wanted him to get married?! Just wait, it gets even better! (note sarcasm here. -.-) He was being married to one of his dad's friend's daughter because then their company could merge together and make even more money.

This was so stupid and not even fair. Daehyun was not a spoiled rich kid who was throwing a tantrum. To be honest, he didn't touch the money his parents gave me. He saved the money for one day and that one day may be today, because he was ready to escape. Today just happened to be the day he was getting to meet this "perfect" soon to be bride of his.

"Jung Daehyun! Get down here now! There is someone I'd like you to meet." Jung Hyun-Shik, his dad, yelled from the bottom of their long spiral staircase. Daehyun sighed and got up from his desk. The brunette loved his room since it was the place he came to when he needed solitude. He usually sat at his desk and wrote about his feelings. Sounds lame huh? Well, he didn't care. Daehyun didn't have any real friends and he needed someone, or something to vent to.

"I'll be right down!" He yelled back, closing his laptop and putting on an appropriate outfit. He dressed himself in black slacks and a white button up shirt, putting on a nice black dress jacket and a red tie. He went to the bathroom and gave his hair a brush through until he finally looked presentable in his parent's eyes, then made his way towards the annoying stairs. Daehyun walked down the spiral stairs and went into the living room where he assumed everyone was. He glanced at their butler, Kang-In by the entrance waiting for him to arrive. When he noticed the brunette boy, he cleared his throat to get the attention of everyone before announcing his arrival.

"Master Jung Daehyun has arrived." Daehyun felt bad for Kang-In, being that he was only a couple years older than him and had to quit his old job and family, just because he was famous. Kang-In used to be a idol for SM Entertainment, when Hyun-Shik noticed how talented and handsome he was and wanted him to join their family, as a butler. Daehyun's father had to have the best of the best, which made everyone else think that Daehyun was the same way. Though he wasn't and if he was lucky he'd get the honor to sing with Kang-In, but only when they were alone in the house. He have no idea why they wanted an idol as their butler when they didn't even want to hear him sing or speak unless he was spoken to.

"Thank you Kang-In. Daehyun, son, please come in. I would like you to meet Seo Hyun-Jin. She is your wife to be." Daehyun took in the sight of the girl that his dad was pointing to. The woman standing there was a couple inches shorter than him, had long, straight dark brown hair, and a short black dress that stopped above her knees. The brunette had to admit she was amazingly beautiful, having flawless skin and pearly white teeth, but didn't give him butterflies like he saw in the movies. However, he bowed politely to her.

"He is just so cute!" She jumped up and down before running over and hugging the surprised boy. Daehyun was a little disappointed that he didn't feel a spark from the touch, also like he saw in the movies. "Hello Daehyunnie~! You are very handsome." She left the hug and took a couple steps back, waiting for the reply.

"Uh... Thank you. You are very pretty." She looked sadly at Daehyun, not liking the comment. What did I say something wrong?

"You only find me pretty?" Tears began to form in her eyes, making everyone feel uncomfortable. Daehyun stood there shocked, not really sure what to say or do at this point.

"I'm sure my son thinks you are the most gorgeous girl he has ever seen. Isn't that right, Daehyun?" Hyun-Shik glared at his son, expecting him to go along with his words. Daehyun, knowing how bad his father's wrath could be, nodded his head.

"Ne. You are very beautiful Hyun-Jin." The brunette forced a smile on his lips, assuming it didn't look fake by the smile on her face.

"Yay! Thanks Daehyunnie~!" She hugged him again, loving the way she could feel his muscles.

"You are welcome, my dongsaeng." Daehyun smiling faced turned into a confused one when her laugh echoed through the room. "What's so funny?"

"I am your noona silly! I am twenty-eight years old!" Daehyun widened his eyes, looking back and forth between his parents.

"I... I am only..."

"A few years younger than that!" His mom, Jung Jieun, chimed in. Daehyun looked at her like she was crazy, since he was only nineteen years old.

They wanted me to marry someone who was almost ten years older than me?! I always wanted to be older than the person I was going to marry.

"Umma... Appa... Before we get too into this, I have to tell you something very important." Daehyun forced another smile towards them, searching his mind for an excuse to give them.

"Can't it wait? We have a lot of wedding plans to go over." Jieun said seeing right through her son's fake smile.

"No, I really think you guys should hear this." He persisted.

"What is it son?" Hyun-Shik asked.

"Yeah Daehyunnie~. What is it that you have to tell your family?" Hyun-Jin hugged the younger's arm tightly, keeping the other from pulling away from her. Daehyun ignored her as he sighed and glanced at his parents.

"I'm gay." He blurted out, wanting to run at the sight of his parents face. Instead though, he bursted out laughing.
