Jacks POV :

Katherine went to sleep and I had the whole day ahead of me . Signing and meetings . God all I wanted was to be with her .

"Sir ?" "Yes Andrew ?" "The final copy is here , would you like to read through it ?" "Yes " then Andrew put the paper on my table .

On May 8, 2016
King Jackson Alexander Kelly of The United States of New Cal-York and King Vladimir Timoz of New Russia shall sign a peace treaty declaring peace through the two countries and making them allies .

The treaty states :
Both countries shall support each other in time of need , war , famine , and disaster .
Both countries shall help and continue in trade of in ports and exports .

And
Law : 168926 of New Russia
Both state that their king/queen shall sign in treaty . And shall sign on behalf of their country.

Law : 15890154803 of New Russia states that any new Allie must have their king/queen stay a week in Russia . To discuss ; trade , production of trade , diplomatic power and influence, passport agreement, and money .

Law : 168991589015790 of New Cal York states that the king/queen shall stay in country of new peace to discuss; trade , production of trade , diplomatic power and influence, passport agreement , and money .

Both shall sign :

"So sir ?" "It's perfect ! Call and see if I can see him now , and gets these damn 8 days over with " "yes sir , I'll call right away " I fiddled with my wedding ring for a bit waiting for Andrew to come back .

"Sir ?" "Yes ?" "The king is all booked you'll have to see him tomorrow, at 10 o'clock." "But that means I'll be here an extra day " "in sorry sir " "don't I have diplomatic power here ?" "Sir , his daughter is giving birth today " "okay , I'll call Katherine " "alright sir , I'll tell the duchess " "very well , be on your way " I said . He bowed and I grabbed my phone .

"Hello ?" A groggy voice said
"Katherine?"
"Jack ? What's up ?"
"Oh , did I wake you ?"
"Yeah but it's fine , what's going on ?"
"Well the treaty is all ready "
"Perfect."
"But -"
"But ? But what Jack ?"
"I can't meet with the king till tomorrow "
"How come ? Don't you have diplomatic power?"
"Yes , but His daughter is giving birth today "
"Dammit "
"I know honey so that means it's nine days instead of eight "
"Nine days ? "
"I know honey "
"How come you have to be there for nine days ?"
"A new Russia law . I'm gonna see if Medda can stay so I can fly to you "
"I really hope so . I don't want you to miss my father's birthday. They're throwing a ball ... And this would be the first real ball we go to as King and Queen "
"I'm gonna talk with the king "
"Okay , I love you "
"Love you too , bye "

And then I hung up and sighed.

A ball ? He's turning what ? 53 ? Well then I guess but I would only think he would want a ball for 50 ... Maybe 55 but 53? I don't know a California traditional thingy . I had some free time and some paper . I began to draw my Katherine.

Katherine's POV :
I sat at the desk . He's going to be gone even longer . Don't cry ! Queens don't cry over their husbands being gone . He'll be back soon . And he'll  be gone again . You can do this . Just stay strong for Jack . That's what he would want me to do !

"Keep your head up princess ... Your crown Is falling " I looked up and saw Darcy . "That's Queen to you " I said a smile growing in my face . "Okay , why were you crying ?" "Because, Jack is going to be gone and he might miss my father's party " "oh , well in sure he will be back in time " "I sure hope so " I said as looked at him .

"How are you Katherine?" Darcy said taking a seat. "Besides me missing my husband, pretty good" "now don't get me wrong but didn't you hate him ?" "I did , he did something-" "what ?" "Don't tell anyone , especially my father , but he threw my crown to the ground and it broke ." "Oh " "and I found a loophole and I could get a divorce. And once Jack found out he tired to convince me otherwise . We made a deal . Two weeks and then I'll make my choice . So we went to Hawaii . It was really beautiful. We we're sitting by the pool on day and he began to tell me who it's our duty to be married . Then finally he told me he loved me and then he kissed me ." "Oh" "then we went to the pier next day . We had fun and during the fireworks we were in the Ferris wheel . He kissed me and I put his hand on my shoulder and we sat very closely . A while later we went beach house hunting . We found a perfect one and moved in quickly . One day we were just playing jenga and eating pizza . He won the game and he said as he prize he wanted me to kiss me . I kissed him and things got heated up very quickly . We pulled apart for a moment and I told him I loved . Then some things I don't feel like sharing with you and then here we are " "oh , interesting " "yes " "well if Jack isn't back in time for your father's party I'll accompany you myself " "you ?" "Why not ? I am the head of the banking system am I not ? Do I not have a status high enough ?" "It's not that Darcy it's just . I'm a queen and my husband isn't here it wouldn't be right for me to be with someone who isn't Jack " "but we're just going as friends. " "but will the media know that " "Katherine you can tell media whatever you please .... You are queen " "okay then , if he's not back I'll go with you " "Deal!" He said shaking my hand . I shook back and then he kissed it. Leaving his lips there too long.

Sorry I've been busy and my boyfriend lost a love one and I had to help me . I mean he's my boyfriend for Christ sake ! Anyway I'll update this weekend when I have time to breath !
