Chapter 26

Chrystal's POV

Many have already told me I should get sleep, finish my meals and stop thinking about revenge and how to look for my lost friends. Someone knocked on the door.

Xander: Chrystal?

I looked on the clock its already 10:48 pm. Time passes so fast that can't barely catch up. It has been two weeks and 4 days. Still, no clue where they are.

Me: Come on in.

He came in and sat on my bed. He pursed his lips and opened it then closed it. I was sensing that he wants to say something but something is stoping him. I faced him and he looked at me.

Xander: You look bad.

Me: Thanks.

Then, I looked through the books how to teleport to a place where you could just invision a person's face.

Xander: You should rest.

He seriously said. I shoved it off. I want to find them and save them.

Xander: Your getting thinner even though you are already thin when you got here.

I tried to think about what he said. In all the days have passed since that day he kept on persuading me to rest even just a small nap he said would do.

Xander: You have dark circles around your eyes. You haven't seen the sun for 2 weeks and a half!

He is getting pissed. I know he is.

Xander: Chrystal! Please listen!

For all the times he asked me to rest I never been so mad.

Me: Don't you understand me Xander? I said I want to find them!

Xander: I can't bear seeing you suffer!

Me: Then don't come and see me almost every hour!

I felt rage. For the first time eversince that day I used my power accidentally. This happens when I get mad. Fire just goes out of me. Then someone knocked and my fire was knocked off too. The door slowly opened and it showed my sister with the biggest smile.

Christy: I found a way.

My eyes glimmered and I smiled there was a slight pain in my lips maybe becaue I haven't smiled for a long time.

Christy: But first!

She made her way towards Xander and they looked at each other meaningfully.

Christy: First! Sleep! Then.. Finish your meals and!

I looked at her with irritation. Really? She's really doing this?

Christy: I know you are irritated but its also for your own good. Umm... Defeat Xander. That's my conditions.

Oh! Good thing its easy.

Don't think you can defeat Xander easily. A voice ushered in my head.

I glared at her and a shouting voice said. Get to sleep!

Chrysty: Guard her xander!

And Xander saluted.

I groaned and lie down on my bed. Then, I realized I was really tired. I closed my eyes and I was put into sleep.

I felt somebody rubbing my hair at first I was disturbed but then it felt good.

Xander: Still no plan on waking up? It has been 12 hours.

I immediately sat down when I heard what he said.

Chrystal: Come again?

He chuckled. A chuckle I missed.. It has been long since I heard his chuckle.

Xander: You slept for 12 hours.

He pinched my nose and chuckled again. I held my nose and slapped him.

Chrystal: Lets just go down and eat something.

I mumbled.

Xander: Come on up!

I smiled and looked at him.

Me: Race you there!

I winked at him and teleported to the kitchen.

Me: Uhh..

I held my knee. It feels like its the first time I telported.

I saw Xander catching his breath when he saw me he held my back.

Xander: Take it easy.

I rolled my eyes and my eyes landed on pancakes and bacon. My stomach grumbled and I think I was starting to drool. I never felt so much hungry. I started to eat and I don't care about manners I was just hungry.

Me: Uhh.. So yummy.

I rolled my eyes as I munched again.

Xander: I missed you.

I stopped eating for sure I know I'm red.

Me: Shut up! I'll eat first.

Then I ate again but not as hungry that I looked like a while ago.

I was finished then I sat over the sofa.

Me: About the fight.

Xander: Maybe at 3. Just rest!

Me: Ok!

Then I placed my head over his shoulder.

Me: Let me rest like this. Ok?

Instead of saying yes he intertwined his fingers with mine and leaned his head over my head.

Xander: I really did miss you.

I smiled and closed my eyes.

Me: Don't think I didn't miss you.

Xander: What should I do? I'm falling even more.

I faced him. I really love this guy. Remembering our destiny made me cry.

He became startled and wiped my tears.

Me: Why.. Why does it get to be you? With all the persons.. With all the espers.

Being separated from him was painful but losing him? I would suffer even more.
