Dream City

Chapter 1

As I stepped into a room filled with boys and girls. I felt excitement and nervousness. Excitement for the new things I will discover. Nervousness for how they might think of me. Oh, you must be wondering what is happening. Actually today is the first day of my high school life. And I am Chrystal Marie Woods, 12 and I am going to be 13 this month.

FLASHBACK

Morning

Me: Mom! I am going to school now.

Mom: K. Good luck on the first day of your school. Hope you can find your esper power in your new school.

(Oh, I also forgot to tell you we live in Dream City. It is actually called Dream City because it is a place where you can feel that you are in a realistic dream. Because in this city citizens have powers up to 2 powers called Espers. Some citizens have no powers become the ones who assist the ones with powers they are called the Plebiators. Except for the espers and other Plebiators who chose the dark side. And guys I am studying at Dream City of Education. In our enrolment they will test us if we are capable of being an esper. Proudly, I am capable. Since I am only in the first year education. I will discover my esper power this year.)

I'm in school already. I think I am an early bird this year because when I came in to the room I only saw 5 students. I checked my watch it was 7:00 in the morning. My class starts at 7:30. May as well make friends. I was talking here and talking there. Luckily, I made 3 friends from different districts. Then, the teacher arrived and she told us that we are just going to have homeroom orientation because of some problems. We started the orientation.

Teacher: Class, you may seat on the seat your sitting on for today. Ok, let's start on our introductions.

I am guessing I am the first one to be introducing because I am seating on the first seat.

Teacher: Umm. Miss? (While looking at me)

Me: Miss. Hudgens.

Teacher: Ok, Miss Hudgens start the introductions. It would be nice if a beautiful lady like you should start the introductions.

I blushed and stood up. I started to cover my nose and lips with my handkerchief like I was doing the whole time.

Teacher: Miss Hudgens, please remove that handkerchief of yours from your face.

So, I carefully removed my handkerchief and saw all of my classmates quite shocked. Even the persons who were not listening looked upon me.

Teacher: Miss Hudgens please start.

Me: Good morning classmates. Nice meeting you all. I am Chrystal Marie Hudgens. Age of 12 going to be thirteen this June 19. I hope for new friends to meet in this school.

I was quite shocked when they all clapped their hands. When my other classmates introduced themselves no one actually clapped. Except for 3 boys named Xavier, Sebastian and Nicholas.

Teacher: We are going to decide your partners right now. Because we are going to use a new system which needs for you to help hand in hand with your partner. What we are going to do is. The girls got to wear uniform masks that will cover the whole face of the girls. While you boys will be turning over the girls to the other boys when I say "change". Of course you will form a circle, boys. So take care of the girls because they wear masks. It is just like dances so don't get shy.

So we did that process. Until I danced with a boy that I felt a spark with. Then I felt that we were the only ones dancing. Until we heard the teacher say stop.

Teacher: Girls please take off your masks.

When I took off my mask I saw a handsome guy in front of me named Xavier. OMG!

Voices: They look cute together.

They look perfect for each other

Then, I saw Sebastian and Nicholas coming in our way.

Sebastian: Xavier it's like you got her as your partner.

Nicholas: Psshh.. Lucky

Teacher: Ok ok. So that will be your partners for this year. Tomorrow we will start our classes

Then, Sebastian and Nicholas went to their partners and then I saw them on the way to the room.

Xavier: Umm.. Chrystal.

Me: Yes

When I turned to him I saw him blushing. Ohhh... he is so cute.

Xavier: Should we go out the room?

I looked at the room and I saw that we were only the ones in the room.
