Xander's POV

Chrysty: We need to leave without her.

I was shocked. Does she really think that we can save our friends with just us?

Me: We can't fight them Chrysty..

Chrysty: We can! You saw how we fought Chrystal!

Me: But in the end we could have been killed because of her power!

I screamed in anger. Then, I calmed down. Knowing tht she knows more than what I know.. I breathed in and sighed.

I talked through my mind.

Ok.. What's the plan..

Good thing you agree.

Remember! I'm only doing this cause I don't want Chrystal in trouble. I want her to be safe.

Ok! Here is what I have in mind.

Chrysty: Were here.

It was a long hike.. We went through a mountain and crossed a river with a bamboo bridge. I suggested to fly but she said I need to hide my powers cause the enemy might catch us. I opened my eyes and I was astonished with what I saw.

Me: It's a mountain!

I tiringly said.

Chrysty: Not only a mountain..

Then she threw a rock to the mountain and nothing happened.

Me: Really?

Chrysty: Wait for it.

Then, a door opened up. My eyes popped out.

Me: How do you know this stuff?

She smirked and said.

Chrysty: Try to be a person with telepathy.. It's a benefit and also a burden.

She smiled.. A sad smile and she went in. I followed her. It was dark inside the cave.

Fire please. And reminder don't talk to much.
She said through her mind.

I used my finger to produce little fire to attract less.

Be careful. There might be booby traps.

I wavered my finger below and watched out. I saw a stick so I picked it up.

I told her as I put light to the stick.

I heard footsteps.

Rock!

She screamed through my mind so I produced a rock enough to cover us.

Guy: I'm sure I heard footsteps!

Guy 2: You are imagining things.. This is the 3rd time you said that today.

Guy:Wait! What's that light? Lets check it out!

Shoot!

Leave the fire we'll hide behind another rock.

We quietly moved as I produce another rock.

Guy: Send a distress signal! There's someone here and it ain't one of us!

And after a second there were lights blinking left to right sounds of distress from the speakers. I leaned and something fell beneath me.

A door!
I screamed to her in my mind.

Good work!

Then, We crawled to the door and again it was dark. We heard a loud moan of pain which strartled us. I put my hand in fire and shakingly raised my hand. Chrysty stopped me but I continued to raise my hand up.

As soon as we saw what it was Chrysty cpvered her mouth and backed up. It was horrible.. All of them.. Our friends..

They were thinner than any human being I saw before. Their clothes ready to be ripped off completely.. Their scars all over their body..

Me: I'll free them.

I made my step closer to Mika and looked at her.. They were almost as thin of Becca in twilight when she was pregnant. Their eyes were closed so I tried to wake them up.

Me: Mika?

I said as I planted little slaps on her face. She slowly opened her eyes., eyes that were red.

Mika: Xander?

I was enlightened when she was able to talk.

Me: I'll set you free..

I said as I tried to take off the cuffs.

Chrysty screamed.

Help!! Help!!

I turned around and saw Chrysty in the hands of the bad ones. I made my to them. I was about to use my powers but it didn't work. I was captured. We failed.. I shouldve believed in myself that.. We can never defeat THIS..
