Harry pouted as he gave Carrie-Ann another kiss. "I don't want to go," He whined.

She kisses him again. "You have to, your boys need you there."

"You need me, both of you," He strokes her stomach. She was only seven weeks pregnant, no where near the crucial stages yet.

She shakes her head. "We're fine, I'm going to be writing my book,"

"You promise to call me if anything happens?"

She nods. "I promise, now go - you'll miss your flight," She points to the car that was waiting for him.

"I love you,"

"I love you too,"

He touches her stomach gently with a smile on his face. "Bye,"

She kisses him a final time tapping his bum as he turns towards the car. He gives her a cheeky wink making her laugh as he slides into the seat, waving to her as he shuts the door behind him.

"So how's the book going?" Natalie asked scooping some marshmallows from her hot chocolate. The two had met in their favourite cafe.

"Really good, I'm looking to finish it in the next four months." Carrie-Ann had hoped this would happen, but with the news of her pregnancy she wasn't sure if she should post-pone it.

"I'm really sorry to hear about Amy," Natalie admits, her eyes were sad, her head low. "And I know what I did was absolutely out of order and I do regret it, I just.. I feel really shit now that that happened."

Carrie-Ann nodded. "I'm seeing her tomorrow, she's not actually doing anything at the moment and I'm a little worried about her."

Natalie looked away. "Yeah, I can't even imagine."

Carrie-Ann sighed, her hand on her stomach subtly. "Me neither,"

Natalie gave her a suspicious look. "Carrie.."

She didn't meet her best friends eyes, she couldn't.

"Yes..?"

"What aren't you telling me?"

Carrie-Ann placed her hand on the table off her stomach. "Nothing, why?"

Natalie shook her head. "You just seem to know something I don't,"

Carrie-Ann forces a laugh. "You're paranoid,"

The two of them ended up shopping, Carrie-Ann bought herself some new sunglasses and Natalie bought a new bag. Carrie-Ann couldn't help but let her eyes wander over to the maternity section, it was too risky for her to actually stand in the section what with Natalie being there and the paparazzi taking photos of her every move in every shop, but she couldn't help but glance over and realise that she'll be shopping there soon.

"Got everything?"

Natalie's voice made her jump. "Yeah," She smiles sheepishly, looking once more over at the maternity section. "Everything,"

They both agreed to get their nails done together, something the two of them always used to do. But Carrie-Ann could only sit in the salon for five minutes before excusing herself and leaving, the smell was too much for her, usually she could sit in there for hours but now she couldn't. She physically felt like she could vomit at any moment whilst sat in there.

She text Natalie a quick apology as Luton drove her home. She then researched that a hyper-sensitive nose was a common thing during pregnancy. Which would explain why the nail salon affected her so badly.

Getting back home she made herself a snack, changed into comfy clothes and continued with her book.

Around 10pm she felt utterly exhausted, Harry had landed in Brazil where he was having a press conference for the new album. He had text her to let her know he had arrived safe.

She continued to write into the early hours of the morning, she was putting off going to sleep in her bed alone for as long as she could. She hadn't slept alone for a while and it felt weird being alone in her big house.

At four am she knew it was time to go to bed, her eyes practically closed as she shut her laptop. She climbed into bed, shut off her light and fell straight into a peaceful sleep.
