A/N: Thanks for all the well wishes! I'm feeling okay now and I'm slowly getting back into routine(I actually went to the shop today! First time I've been outside in like 4 days)

Hope you enjoy this chapter - for those of you asking me, I think there's about 19/20 chapters left so still a bit to go! But don't forget, I'll be starting Falling Slow straight after so go and check that out afterwards(I've uploaded the prologue and chapter 1 so you can have a taster - I'm also uploading a playlist that will be up after this so check that out :) )

Sorry this isn't the longest chapter in the world. I'm loving Harry and CA being in love!

Enjoy,

Es xo

"Are you sure this looks okay?" Carrie-Ann asked, showing Harry the photo they had taken.

They were officially announcing her pregnancy today, it was New Year's Day so why not give the world some news?

Harry knew Carrie-Ann was anxious about telling the world, Who knew what problems this would bring? The media would become more intrusive and the fans were going to go crazy. But it wasn't something they could avoid, so it was easier that they delivered the news than some article being released.

The photo was of her small protruding stomach, Harry's left hand and her right hand curving to make a heart on it.

Harry held her hand as she wrote the caption, she decided her Instagram was the best place for it, then she could link it to her Facebook and Twitter pages.

Hi all, Happy New Year! This new year is a little bit more exciting as we have something coming into our lives later on this year. Harry & I are both overwhelmed with love and happiness and can't wait to greet our bundle of joy. Hope you all have a great new year also filled with love and happiness. Love Carrie-Ann, Harry and bump. ❤️👶✨🍼⏰💝🔜

She clicked post and waited for it all to explode, her emotions mixed. She was nervous and excited, she wanted to cry and laugh all at once.

"Do you feel better now?" Harry asked.

"In a weird way, yeah." She nods locking her phone and throwing it in the bed. They had both been lazy this morning with breakfast in bed.

"It's out now, it's done. People can make of it what they want,"

They kiss for a minute or two before Harry stands and stretches. "We're meeting Gemma at three so I'm going to get showered." He smiles.

Carrie-Ann checks the time - 1pm. "Okay, I'll go put the dishwasher on then get ready too."

"Congratulations Carrie-Ann,"

"Is it a boy or girl?"

"Are you having twins?"

"Are one direction over?"

"Will the baby put a divide in the group?"

"Is this it now? Are you going to get married?"

"Are you having a boy?"

"What are you naming the baby, Carrie-Ann?"
"What do your parents think?"

"Are you naming it after one of the boys?"

"When is it due?"

These were all the questions thrown at the pair as they stepped out and headed for the restaurant they were meeting Gemma in.

"Hey," Gemma grinned, standing up the second she saw them.

They hugged her before sitting down.

"How are you feeling, Carrie? I saw the announcement it was so cute,"

"I'm feeling okay, I was really nervous but I'm glad it's out there now."

"Yeah I can imagine, it was a sweet announcement. The Internet has gone absolutely bananas."

Carrie-Ann laughed. "Bananas? Is that an English thing?"

Harry smiled kissing her temple. "Think so,"

As they ordered Carrie-Ann noticed people looking over at them, some trying to get photos of them. She had expected this, she also expected it to worsen now that they announced the baby news, people would be constantly trying to get photos of her bump which is why she would be going for oversized jumpers and dresses for the rest of the pregnancy, even though the world now knew she was still going to protect their baby. It almost felt weird how immediately she felt her mothering instincts kick in, her need to protect their baby was so strong she thought she may be a little crazy.

"So Carrie, you're moving to London. Excited?"

Carrie-Ann sipped her water. "Very, I think a change of scenery will be good. Also, I want our daughter to grow up here."

"When are you moving here? Before or after you give birth?"

Carrie-Ann looked at Harry, they hadn't yet discussed that and Carrie-Ann didn't know when she actually would move over, it wasn't a simple 'pack your suitcase and move in' situation. There were visa's, family and friends involved. She couldn't just up and leave.

"We haven't discussed it," Carrie-Ann admitted. "But in a few months, once my books finished and I can focus on packing and saying goodbye. But I definitely want to give birth here,"

Gemma nods. "Sounds like a good idea."

Harry sat back as Carrie-Ann and Gemma continued to talk, happy that they both got on so well. He wouldn't know what he would have done if they didn't like each other, Gemma had the tendency to dislike his previous girlfriends but luckily she took a shine to Carrie-Ann.

He sat sipping his drink as they waited for their food, totally and completely content with his life. He had probably never been so content in his life before, he's always been busy and away - ever since he was sixteen he lived a life of uncertainty and no stability.

But now, with Carrie-Ann in his life he had stability and he had happiness - she was his happiness, and by one simple look he knew that she was it - she was his life.
