Carrie-Ann woke up at 3am. It wasn't for any particular reason - she just woke up wide awake. She tried her best to get back to sleep, but by 4am she gave up; heading down to the kitchen to make herself a camomile tea.She yawned stirring it, surprised when she saw Harry walk in, the kitchen was dimly lit, only the little lamp next to the fridge illuminating the room.
"What are you doing?" She asks watching him take down a mug and pour himself a tea.
"I could ask you the same,"
"I couldn't sleep," She answers. "My bodies wide awake,"
"You did fall to sleep at seven babe," He chuckles sipping his tea.
"I did?" She was surprised, she didn't even remember falling to sleep.
He nods.
"I'm unusually tired at the minute, think it's the hormones getting me ready or something."
He smiles down at her. "Ready to have our baby,"
"We need to shop," Her eyes lit with excitement. "I'm going to have so much fun making his or hers room."
The two headed back up to bed, they both sat against the headboard drinking their tea.
"But if it's a girl," Harry starts. "Please not too much pink,"
Carrie-Ann rolls her eyes and he laughs.
"I'm going to drown her in pink,"
He sighs. "If it's a boy, can I get him a Rolling Stones shirt?"
"If you want," She smiles.
"If it's a girl, she still gets one. You can pair it with pink leggings."
Carrie-Ann laughs kissing his shoulder.
"I've been doing a lot of thinking recently, especially when I was on planes and couldn't really do much,"
Carrie-Ann looks at him.
"Once I'm on the break from the band I'm going to write with people, maybe help producing too. But with new talent, new people who aren't discovered yet."
Carrie-Ann finishes her tea. "That sounds like an amazing idea,"
"You think?"
She snuggles back into bed. "Yeah, get your creative juices flowing.. Plus, you'll be helping people make it."
"That's what I thought, and I know people who know people trying to make it."
He places his finished tea on his bedside table and turns his light off, snuggling down to Carrie-Ann.
"I'm so happy at the minute," Carrie-Ann smiles playing with Harry's necklace that was resting on his chest.
He kisses her forehead. "I'm glad. Me too,"
"I don't know what I'd ever do without you now, and I know I find it difficult to express myself and maybe I'm just getting overly emotional because there's hundreds of hormones rushing through me,"
They both laugh.
"But you are the love of my life Harry,"
