- Aurora's First Birthday -
Carrie-Ann took a deep breath as she stepped into the kitchen. They were throwing Aurora's birthday party out in their back garden, they felt it would be too much effort to arrange somewhere and found it would be a lot nicer to just have it at home with people who loved and cared for her.
Her mother, father, Amy and Ollie weren't going to be in attendance. They instead skyped in the morning which really disappointed Carrie-Ann, she would have expected them to be here for their granddaughters/nieces birthday, but instead they sat in the family home smiling and waving.
She watched as Anne chased Aurora around the table outside. Only Anne and Robin were here so far, they were still waiting for everyone else.
Harry stood beside Carrie-Ann, watching Aurora giggle as Robin threw her in the air and Anne took photos.
"Well?" He swallowed.
She nodded turning the test for him to see. "Positive,"
She turned to look at him as they both smiled at one another, his hand reaching for her stomach. "You're pregnant?"
She looks down. "I took five tests and they all say so, so let's book an appointment with a doctor?"
He took her hips and kissed her. "This is the best news all day,"
"Don't get your hopes up yet," She worried. "Things can fluke."
He kissed her. "We're going to have two children,"
"Mother of two and a husband, oh how perfect my life is." She chuckled.
"Imperfectly perfect."
She kissed him. "Correct,"

"..Happy birthday to Rory, happy birthday to you.." Everyone finished singing as the now one year old clapped. Harry helped her blow out the candles on her Minnie Mouse inspired birthday cake. Carrie-Ann had ordered a specific baker to bake Aurora's cake.
Everyone took photos as the father and daughter smiled. Carrie-Ann wiped a tear of happiness as she took a couple more photos.
"Shall we open presents?" Carrie-Ann suggested.
