A/N: So a lot of you guys asked me if there would be a third book to the Pefect series - which there won't be. But I did think about maybe doing a story with Aurora as like the main character? But I don't know if you'd read that.. Let me know?
The Brits were amazing! I explained it all on my profile but yeah, all the performances were so amazing I can't pick one that was the best, Bieber was beautiful, Rihanna gave me life, Little Mix just tore the place up, Adele was well, Adele, and I cried throughout her performance. Coldplay were so energetic, The Weeknd was so lit and Lorde was phenomenal with her Bowie tribute. James Bay was really good too.
I was so upset that Harry & Niall didn't turn up, I was really quite disappointed and I heard people around me saying they're 'divas' and 'too big for the Brits to show up' people were even saying now they're not with Modest they have no reason to do things together etc and I was sat with people in the industry, not regular everyday people(still not famous people though, bloggers & writers etc..) but it made me so mad that people had this perception on them, then Harry fucking Styles instagrams a fucking scrabble game to say thanks which was probably done with good intentions but really? Even if he didn't do the red carpet he could have still gone and sat with everyone. And Niall.. Well, he's disappeared so all he did was tweet a half effort tweet.
Ugh, I know some of you will disagree and say 'it's their break' blah, blah, blah.. But this is my opinion, so.. rant over.
Both Harry and Carrie-Ann stood back as they watched their daughter crawl the few centimetres that she could. Carrie-Ann began to cry once their daughter sat up and looked at them, her face full of pride. "I'm so proud of you," Carrie-Ann picked her up and began kissing her over and over. "My super, clever girl."
Harry smiled as he took her from her, kissing their daughter. A sense of sadness overcoming him.
He was leaving in a few hours for New York. He'd only be gone for five days, he had meetings and an event held by the Azoff's to go to. It was the first time he's ever been away from Aurora for more than a night so he wasn't sure how he was going to cope. It was also the first time him and Carrie-Ann had been away from each other in months, and he knew he was going to miss her painful amounts.
As Harry cuddled Aurora, Carrie-Ann prepared her things together. She was going to Gemma's for the night with Rory.
"I'm going to miss you," He pouted as his daughter played with his necklace. She was really aware of her surroundings now. She knew who her parents were and he wasn't sure if he was ready to leave her.
"You can FaceTime when you want, we're going to miss you too." Carrie-Ann kissed his lips. "Hell of a lot," She mumbles kissing him again.

They went out for brunch around 11:30am, they were left alone to have some quality time together. Aurora was able to sit up in a high chair now so they were careful to position her with her back to everyone and the windows so no one was able to sneak in photos of her.
"I feel a bit sick," Harry admitted. "I didn't think I'd feel like this, I thought it would be fine leaving you," He held out a breadstick for Aurora who was happily mushing her foods together. She now had two bottom teeth, Harry and Carrie-Ann joked calling her Rory the Rabbit.
"You'll be fine," Carrie-Ann reassured him, he smiled looking at her engagement ring as it glistened when she brushed some hair out of her face. If was still their secret; they were telling the world next month. "If you ever think it's too much FaceTime us, or fly home. You're not having to do this for an important reason so don't put too much pressure on yourself, go and have fun, be with the boys. We'll still be here when you're back, it's only five days."
He shook his head, he was being ridiculous. This was the guy who went on tour every year for five years. This was the guy who once lived out of a suitcase.
But that was before Carrie-Ann, and more importantly Aurora. That was before he was leaving his family behind. It was different to leaving his mum and sister behind.
"It's just different this time,"
She smiled taking his hand in his, she gave it a squeeze and hoped it reassured him a little. She knew it was going to be tough on him, she was already missing him and he hadn't even left for the airport yet. "I know but, you're still allowed to be Harry, not just dad."
He kissed her knuckle handing Aurora another breadstick. "Do you like these breadsticks Rory?" He smiled at her, kissing her forehead just because he knew in a matter of hours he wouldn't be able to.
Aurora looked up at him with her big beaming eyes, they hadn't settled on a colour yet, when she was born they were brown but they'd lightened to a hazel colour over the months.

Harry dropped Carrie-Ann and Aurora off at Gemma's, he had quickly said a hi and bye to his sister before turning to Carrie-Ann and Aurora. Gemma had left them to say their goodbyes in private.
Harry held Aurora for a short minute, kissing her a few times repeating how much he loved her over and over. When he looked up to Carrie-Ann he wasn't sure if she had a tear in her eye and he knew she would hate it if he brought it up so he gave her a cheeky smile to make her laugh - which it did - and kissed her.
"I love you both, I'll see you soon." He promises.
"Remember, don't pressure yourself. We're fine here." She kisses him.
"Love you,"
"I love you too."
He kisses Aurora one final time before turning and heading to his car, he waves to them as he starts the engine, smiling as Carrie-Ann stands with Aurora on her hip blowing him kisses. He wished he could take a photo of them both but knew he had to get home to finish packing and head to the private jet so he simply blew them a kiss and drove on home.
