Elizabeta's POV

"We report today, live, that there was an accident on the road. Three are majorly injured and all seniors in high school," the reporter said and continued blabbering about other stuff. What caught my eyes was the cars that were crashed together. I gulped when I saw who was on the stretcher.

Gilbert...

Then the van was the one Gilbert and Ludwig rode on when they went here for summer vacation. Then the car that they crashed into...

Was Roderich's car...

My eyes widened as I frantically took out my phone from my pocket and called Gilbert's number. I breathed heavily, clearly worried about him.

It rung a few times and went straight to voicemail. My eyes widened in shock as I called maybe, Feliciano's number. I only had it because my mom used to babysit him and some other person, what was his name? I don't remember but he was blonde and dressed in black and white.

"Hello? Elizabeta?" Feliciano asked on the phone. He sniffed, sounding like he was crying earlier. "U-Um, Feli. Hey, do you know anything about Gilbert? Or Ludwig?" I asked him on the phone. I heard him burst into loud sobbing.

"They were in a car accident and Ludwig was driving and they crashed into Roderich and Gilbert was there a-and....," Feli said and stopped for his own sobbing sake.

"They aren't waking up yet.."

My eyes widened as I almost dropped my phone. "Wh-Which hospital are you in?" I asked Feliciano frantically. "I'm in the one near the burger place that Alfred always goes to," Feliciano said. I nodded as I wiped away my tears that I had. "Okay I'm going there. Now," I told Feliciano on the phone. "Bye, Elizabeta," Feliciano said as I said bye back and hung up the phone.

"Mom! I'm going to the hospital, can I take
the car?" I asked her. Mom nodded as I ran up the stairs for her car keys and sprinted to the car and started the engine and started calmly driving. Inside, my heart was slowly burning.

I cursed out loud with my windows down when it was a red light and traffic. Then there was an old lady driving right next to me. My eyes widened as I covered my mouth and dealt with the traffic and tried to hold back all of my anger channeled in me.

Finally I was out of the traffic in 30 minutes and parked the car. I carried my phone with me and sprinted into the building as beads of sweat formed on my face. I was at the counter and tried to act as call as possible.

"Which room is Gilbert Beildshmidt in?" I asked. "2-A," she replied. I nodded as I ran up the stairs not even bothering to wait for the elevator. I saw the room and entered it. My eyes widened in shock as I just stood there. Gilbert was on the hospital chair.

But he wasn't waking up...

His heart beat was going at a dangerous pace. I walked over to him and sat at his bedside, holding his hand that had morphine run through him. But his hand, was ice cold as my tear fell down on him. "I...I'm sorry..," I said as my voice cracked and I started to cry.

I buried my face in his chest as I felt his stable breathing and sobbed. I let it sink in, on what was happening. "But..thank you...thank you for making my life more, excited and..," I trailed off and bit my lip.

"Th-Thank you, for being mine, Gil," I said.

I got up from my position and wiped my tears as I stared at the peaceful albino sleeping right now. He was still alive. Please, still be alive. I held his ice cold hand with mine. "It's going to be okay," I whispered and wiped away my tears.

I was almost going to scream out loud in joy when he woke up, his eyes fluttering open like a butterfly's wings. "Gilbert? Are you okay?" I asked him. Gilbert nodded as he looked at me with a concerned look on his face.

"Why are you crying, Liz?" He asked and caressed my cheek with his cold hand, still wiping away my tears. I put my hand on his and smiled. "I'm just glad that your okay," I said and slightly grinned. "I can't believe myself," Gilbert said and frowned sadly.

"Why what did you do?" I asked Gilbert. He removed his hand from my face as his eyes widened in shock. "I made you cry," Gilbert said in shock. "N-No, Gil it's okay it was my fault for being too emotional, I promise," I told him and laced our fingers together.

The doctor soon came in with a clipboard in his hand and a sad look on his face. "Gilbert, I believe, your the brother of Ludwig, correct?" The doctor asked and started scribbling things in his clipboard. Gilbert slowly nodded. "Yes," he said in a surprisingly shaky voice.

"He's in a coma that may last for a year."

Both of our eyes widened as we looked at the doctor in disbelief. "Wh-What?" Gilbert asked. The doctor sighed sadly and nodded. "And did you want to know information about the boy, Roderich, that crashed into you?" The doctor asked.

Surprisingly, Gilbert nodded the doctor frowned once more and started scribbling things in his clipboard. "What happened to him?" I asked, suddenly curious. "Something very horrible did," the doctor said and put away his clipboard for now to tell about Roderich.

"He, died in the car crash," he explained.

A tiny gasp escaped my mouth as I put my hand over my lips. "As for you, Mr. Beildshmidt, you have severe injuries in your legs so you will have to be in crutches for about three months and then come back here so that you'll be able to walk without them," the doctor said and handed Gilbert crutches.

"I already paid for the damn hospital bill so you can leave," Gilbert said. The doctor nodded as he left.

Roderich dead, Ludwig in a coma, Gilbert in crutches...
